Está es la bebida más tradicional y refrescante con la que puedes soñar,porque es muy dulce y citrico y en verdad te quita la sed,a mi familia les encanta y ahorita que estamos en semana santa y el calor es mas fuerte de lo común, les hago esta bebida y ellos lo disfrutan al máximo y lo beneficia por su alto contenido de calcio y ayuda a mantener sus huesos sanos, por eso en un día de playa o de rio no puede faltar esta nutritiva y refrescante bebida, aqui les dejo esta receta para que la disfruten en familia.

1/2 papelón

En un plato poner lo limones y cortarlos por la mitad,colocar un envase y el colador y destripar los limones para sacarle el jugo.
