¡Saludos! Comunidad de #Hivecalisthenics hoy vuelvo con un nuevo post de un pequeño entrenamiento que tuve en la mañana junto a mi amigo @enma2020. 💪🏼

Ese día estaba un poco cansado ya que entrene el día anterior y mi cuerpo estaba en plena recuperación pero mi mente fue más fuerte. 🙌

Lo primero que hicimos fue dar una vuelta a la Vereda trotando a un ritmo tranquilo ya que mi compañero tiene un pequeño problema en su rodilla y no queríamos excedernos. 😁

Luego de haber llegado estiramos un poco y empezamos a entrenar algunas progresiones para la handstand one arm. 💪

Greetings! Community of #Hivecalisthenics today I'm back with a new post of a little workout I had in the morning together with my friend @enma2020. 💪🏼

I was a bit tired that day since I trained the day before and my body was in full recovery but my mind was stronger. 🙌

The first thing we did was go for a walk around the Vereda jogging at a leisurely pace as my partner has a little problem with his knee and we didn't want to overdo it. 😁

After we arrived we stretched a bit and started training some progressions for the handstand one arm. 💪
