By understanding others, we can build powerful and important relationships.
In other words, acknowledgment allows us to stand up for rights, without resisting or denying them.
Now, Acceptance does not mean agreeing with everything, but accepting the truth and finding optimistic ways to deal with it.
Acceptance frees us from unnecessary suffering and allows us to grow and learn from every joy.
