Phase 1 of LABFUND is over! Phase 2 has begun!

Closing out Phase 1

Today we have just released a 0.1 dividend payment to all LABFUND holders, the results look like this, take a look and let's celebrate the end of the chapter with 0.78 total payout per LABFUND in the first month! Our human experimentation trials were a complete success and these payments are the proof of it.

It honestly is not going to get better than this, this was a very prosperous first month, and while I was hoping to be able to refund the whole 1 HIVE within phase 1, I think we can all agree that 78% back is pretty darn great.

If I were to say one more thing about the past, I did not estimate that the pool of citizens to experiment on would be as shallow as it was, or would dry up so quickly. But what we did do successfully is jump on a very successful trade faster than anyone else, many of the rest of the players are just now figuring out how amazingly profitable this trade is, and that is after pushing the floor price up to almost 400 SIM. Its hard to get your hands on any citizen in dCity nowadays for less than 500 SIM, and this is making citizen mining strats even more profitable for small players.

But let's now get into the future, leave the past behind and talk about all the great things in store for us:

That's right, we have the cream of the crop here of Super Cops, Super Criminals, Super Citizens and Super Soldiers. And I know that some of the participants we have in the LABFUND are diehard dCity players who want to get their hands on some of these wonderfully enchanced citizens. They each have super powers in their own special ways, here are the stats:

We have been working the market a bit on @superlab, trying to get our hands on the value that these cards might have. Based on their statistics, lets talk about each of these cards:

Super Citizen: 10 Tax refund, +40 popularity, -5 income. This is a great card with popularity being so important in citizen mining, all but the biggest cities nowadays are looking for ways to boost their popularity. Small income penalty for tax refund (1/2), consider that Sick Citizens are -3 income and popularity for 1-3 rebate.

Super Criminal: 5 Tax refund, +20 popularity, +20 income. All positive stats! Only a 5 tax rebate but gives as much income as a factory as as much popularity as 4 parks.

Super Cop: 10 Tax refund, -10 popularity, -10 income. The real mystery here is if Super Cop does anything to your crime rate. Otherwise this is a much inferior version of the Super Citizen - but hey, 10 rebate is 10 rebate :)

Super Solder: 10 Tax refund, 20 War Shares, -20 popularity, -20 income. 20 War Shares! This guy is insane with 20 war shares and 10 tax refund is nice, who even cares about the negatives, 20 WAR SHARES is like ....

.... ~302 SIM Per day right now at the current war tax level of 5.4%. The max would be more than double this number, this is a daily payout from just this one little special citizen, in your city!

We will now allow anyone with LABFUND to claim the freshest (newest ids first) Super NFTs at the following prices:

Super Criminal - 2 LABFUND

Super Cop - 2.5 LABFUND

Super Citizen - 3 LABFUND

Super Soldier - 72 LABFUND

Newest (largest) IDs first! These will have the longest lifespan and this means first come first serve people! If you are claiming more than one, be extremely verbose in your memo (eg. 3 Super solder and 1 Super citizen). I will process this manually a few hours before snapshot each of the next several days as my abilities allow.

These prices are extremely fair, so fair that some people might even want to buy LABFUND off of the market to get involved. This is okay too as it lets people who might want to cash out do so in another way.

Wait but I wanted to hold long term, what is happening?
