So, I got a job 😳
There comes a moment in every entrepreneur's life when the decision is on the table to throw up our arms and move back into the working world. This is probably true for crypto bloggers, traders and investors as well. Has that moment come and gone for me? Well, read on to find out more!
Here I am right outside my office at a local recollection point or chataterria, where we buy materials from people and sort, crush and disarm, before selling them on at higher prices. I am helping to organize the data, the finances, the bookkeeping as well as a bit of administrative logistics, and I can say that I wish I showed up weeks ago because..... well, these guys need my help.
Within the first few days I have already proved to myself and everyone involved how valuable I am - so far I have digitalized all reporting with Google Sheets, and everyone involved now has the app on their phone and able to record all transactions in real time, immediately digital, avoiding all need for data entry later.
We will continue working hard, this is a promising business with many possibilities for expansion and adding value to our local community.
Eco, so now you are a wage laborer?
Well, technically yes and technically no. A few months back I bought a trash compactor, so I am really an associate of this business. But I hadn't gone any further than that, so when I recently realized that they needed my help, like really really needed my help or this wasn't going to work because of poor organization and administration, I made some moves and set up my office in-house.
I have a lot of work to do ahead of me, but I think I will also have some time in the office to work on my usual things, promoting Synergy, sustainable and value-adding development, doing paperwork and sending emails, and maybe even writing a few posts. I think this is a win-win for everyone involved, and probably will avoid the necessity of me taking my trash compactor and going to play by myself.
And its not just me and my teammates, it also makes a big difference in the lives of people who live from the recollection of discarded materials, and their families, who are some of the most marginal and hard-working populations in an already marginal periphery of this great world.
Stay tuned to this blog to find out how it goes!
Good luck on the new venture. I hope it works out and you all can expand and help some people out.
Nice work

All the best with the new direction! Even the best laid plans can change in midstream and we find that we have to pivot... pivoting has been pretty much a lifestyle in our entrepreneurial endeavors!

The most tiring part is having to go back to the computer trying to re-enter data , well it feels so good that it becomes easier and data analysis is done right on the spot
My best wishes for you my friend!
