dCity updates + ARMERO and LABFUND update

Since life has really been picking up this summer, I have to squeeze in these token updates somewhere, so I will have to leave you all hanging out the status of our trusty Nissan Patrol, which broke an axle on Monday.

@gerber has been on fire putting in new updates to the game, many of these things have been voted on previously, some are new, like new combines and new cards, make sure to follow @dcitygame for all of these updates, some of which we will talk about here today.

But let's get too it:

LABFUND is not dead (yet)

We have mostly been activating buyback mode, citizens are becoming even rarer now with the current updates, but we have been selling our SIM earnings and buying back LABFUND at 1 HIVE. But even so, we managed to scrounge together another dividend - 0.1 ARMERO per whole LABFUND held!

The NFT assets on the account are still valuable, and some are hard to value - but currently here are our stats from the site based on the present condition of the market:

Which would put the value at around 8681.72 HIVE, or 1.3 HIVE per LABFUND with 6637 tokens currently outstanding. So on that front we are doing pretty good! I still believe that dCity has a future, and so if you do too, keep hanging on.

Speaking of the future...

Not sure if there has been a better project manager than @gerber - he really has dedicated what could have been his own private stash of money to making sure the game continues and players continue to be happy and profitable - over many many years!

ARMERO changes

@armero and @armero2 continue to be the top accounts in terms of income, @steemshiro battles back once in a while but we are up there. We have paid out dividends for over 6 months now, but the times, they are a changing...

Up until now we have been paying ranking rewards as HIVE dividends, and stacking SIM in the LP, where we currently have over 7.3 Million SIM plus 2300+ HIVE, making @armero the tenth largest liquidity provider to this game.

Our cities still hold great value in the NFTs, and with just under 85,000 ARMERO tokens distributed, it gives us an estimated NFT-backing of 0.293 HIVE per token based on today's market values and SIM price. With the liquidity pool calculated in this balloons to an ABV of 0.347 HIVE per ARMERO token.

Some decisions will have to be made about how to manage the dividends moving forward, and I have not fully decided yet, and @gerber is not yet done making updates. I would ask for some feedback from interested ARMERO token holders here on this post, as well as request 2 weeks of patience to allow me to get the lay of the land and make a decision.
