And we only need to fry it when we want to eat it. It tastes very good too. However, homemade nuggets taste no less delicious than those sold in minimarkets. How to make it is quite easy and the ingredients needed are easy to get. Are you curious, how to make it and what the ingredients are?

The ingredients needed are 500 grams of chicken meat, 1 egg, 1 clove of garlic, bread flour, tapioca flour, salt and pepper. Here, I added 1 carrot, 1 spring onion and celery.


How to make: Peel the carrot skin then grate it. After that, thinly slice the leeks and celery. Then, cut the chicken meat. Prepare a blender, then add chicken, garlic, sliced ​​leeks and celery, grated carrots and eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste, then blend. Once the ingredients are smooth, transfer them to a bowl. After that, add the tapioca flour and stir until evenly mixed.

Prepare a baking pan, then spread oil on the inside of the baking pan. After that, put the nugget mixture into the baking pan. Then, prepare a pan and water to steam the mixture. Steam the mixture over medium heat for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, turn off the stove and remove the mixture from the pan. Leave the mixture to cool for 30 minutes. Once cool, cut the dough. Then, prepare a mixture of wet flour and breadcrumbs. Dip the nuggets into the wet flour mixture, then coat the nuggets with breadcrumbs. Do this until finished. Once finished, fry the nuggets over medium heat until golden brown.

Nuggets are best eaten with white rice and spicy sauce. It tastes savory and delicious.
