Yesterday I started working out at home

This wasn't a spontaneous decision as the post heading would suggest and also, this is not an absolute. But I am not renewing my gym membership next month.

For now I will be working out with buckets of water and any other heavy object I can find. I intend to meet a welder to construct some local dumbell and I'll try to attempt my deadlift 1 rep max as I prepare to compete in a local competition by the end of the month. I would want to be in good form while I do this so I'll focus a lot on that.
