Splinterlands Weekly Battle Challenge || My Battle With The NERISSA TRIDAWN

Hello friends, How are you all? I hope you are well. Today I came again with the post of Splinterlands weekly battle challenge. This week Splinterlands gave a battle challenge with NERUSSA TRIDAWN. Now I will present my battle in this post and explain how I completed the entire battle so that everyone can know about the monsters in my lineup.

Battle Challenge Rules.

Splinterlands challenges all players to play with a specific monster each week. This challenge helps them to earn a vote from splinterlands or steemmonsters. To get a vote from splinterlands, a player has to follow the rules given by splinterlands. Every week splinterlands posts about the rules. Most of the rules remain the same; just the monster changes.

Let's Know About the Monster.

Nerissa Tridawn is an epic water monster. It has no ability, but it is a high-magic attacking monster. It has five magic attacks at its highest level. It has three magic attacks at its lowest level, enough to kill the opponent's monsters. And it has mana cost and health. But it would be better if it had at least one ability.

The card is not in my collection, so I took a level 4 Nerussa Tridawn rent for the battle. It has four magic attacks and ten health at level 4.

Battle Rules.

There was a total of three rules in this battle.

1. Armored Up: All monsters have two additional armour added. Even monsters with no armour got two armour because of this rule.
2. Lost Legendary: No legendary monster can be used in this battle. But legendary Summoner can be used. The opposing team's Summoner was a legendary summoner.
3. Aimless: All the Monsters will receive scattershot ability at the beginning of the battle. Because of this, magic & ranged attacking monsters will hit any monster randomly.
4. Active Summoner: All Summoners except Fire and Death were available for this battle.

Rounds

Before the start of the main battle, the Summoner and all the monsters that have the ability to apply different abilities have used their abilities. In this case, my Summoner Delwyn Dragonscaleincreased the magic attack of one of my team's monsters, and the opponent's Summoner Quix The Devious reduced the speed of one of my team's monsters. After that, my team's Sea Ginnie increased one health point of my team's monsters, the opposing team's Djinn Renova increased the opposing team's monstered one health point, and Supply Runner increased one
speed. After this, the main battle begins.

  • The opponent's Air Elemental attacked first. Neither team's monsters died in the first round, but my team's Sea Ginnie only had one health left.

  • Although no monster on my team was killed in the second round, my team's monsters had killed the opponent's Supply Runner and Air Elemental. But two monsters in my party were almost dead because they only had one health.

  • My team's Prismatic Energy died early in the third round due to Silvershield Assassin's Poison without any hit. Besides, the opposing team defeats Silvershield Assassin and Djinn Chwala in this round. In the end, I lost Sea Ginnie too.

  • Early in Round 4, I lost Mischievous Mermaid. The opponent didn't lose any monster.

  • No team lost any monster. They just reduced health points.

  • No one could kill any monsters in round 5, but at the beginning of round 6, the opponent's monster killed my team's Nerissa Tridawn. And at the end of round 6, my team's Sam Monster killed the opposing team's Prismatic Energy.

  • After that, in rounds 7 and 8, my team's Sea Monster and opponent's Djinn Renova fought, and in the end, Sea Monster won. The battle ends with the death of Djinn Renova.

I won the battle and got 0.644 SPS with 19434 RP & SP. I also got 58 trophy points.

Questtion Answer.

1: Did your strategy work?

  • As per the battle rule, since all monsters will have two armour each, I have included most of the magic-attacking monsters in my team. And because of the healing ability of the first-position monster, I won this battle easily. Again Aimless rule helped me win the battle.

2: What will you try differently next time?

  • Yes, I used this monster with a different summoner. Some of them were successful, and some of unsuccessful. I used this monster with a water monster too. I want to use this monster in a 99 mana battle with a dragon summoner.
