Time for change

When you look into a mirror, and don't know the person who's looking back at you, it's time to change.

There are times in life when we need to redefine who we are. In pursuit of purpose, sometimes we lose our identity and take up a personality that was never ours, sometimes we lose touch of ourselves and seem to live life randomly. It's possible that situations can transform us into a beast or a saint, we come in touch with a reality that makes us different.

The environment we are exposed to can also have a great influence on our nature. A boy who was once timid, loving, and kind, can become the opposite of them if he is exposed to an environment that promotes violence, hate, etc. But the good thing about your true nature is that; you can always turn around and embrace it. It doesn't matter who you've become, what you've been affected with, how much influence the environment you stayed had on you, once you're willing to embrace your true nature, it comes easily.

At whatever time you look into the mirror and realize that the person looking back at you is a stranger, then it's time for change. If we no longer find peace with ourselves, if the things we once loved no longer interest us, if love no longer finds a place in our heart, then it's time for change. We were once loving, everyone from birth had love in his heart, something altered the inherent trait, probably one's environment or training, but there's always a time for change and this is when you realize you're a stranger to the man in the mirror.
