Paradox of knowledge
Sometimes the more you know, the less you want to know.!!
The more we know, the more we realize the vanity behind the tour and struggle in ignorance. With knowledge comes pain, and with more exploration comes the sad reality of every truth. The more we learn, the more bitter we become and this is because every truth has a bittersweet pills.
As a toddler we had no worries, we believed everything was a rollercoaster, but with age the truth unveiled itself gradually and the more we knew, the less we wanted to know. The new truth unmasked the illusion we've held on to for years until we realize we've all been wrong.
Knowledge is meant to save us from the plague of ignorance but sometimes the truth can be too bitter to swallow. If you knew all the truth that is in this world, you would be more sad than the rest. Knowledge is good, learning is great, it indeed saves us from being dullards who walk upon the planet earth with no clear vision, but then, certain knowledge only makes us sad.
Sometimes the more you know, the less you want to know. This is because certain knowledge are stealers of peace. They come in broad daylight and rob us of all we've built over the years. King Solomon in his quest for answers ended up with a sad reality of life. He was wise, wiser than anyone who ever lived, yet saw vanity in almost everything under the sun. The paradox of knowledge. Sometimes it's better to stay in ignorance than to dig for answers.
