A free world

At one point I pondered about the statement "it's a free world" and I find myself asking myself whether the world is truly free. Daily we live in fear, sometimes fear of the unknown and I wonder how the world is truly free, the poor are being oppressed, those in power impose laws that put them in refuge while the poor are in check and neither the rich nor the poor live freely. Indiami of Uganda once said, "There's freedom of speech, but he can't guarantee anyone freedom after speech". As simple as this statement comes, it has so many meanings that are interpreted individually.

The world is free but even in that freedom there are consequences, so everyone walks with an extra check . It must have been a free world, created to have men take dominion of it and enjoy the product of its beautiful nature, but men planted thorns so that everyone who walked along that path got bruised.

It's a free world, but peace isn't assured. Show me a man with no daily unrest of mind and I'll prove how good a pretender he is. The circle of life and the mysteries in it only makes the cosmos a place we can not completely understand, we can only live by the principles of our beliefs. The world cannot be a free place when statues and money are prioritized and ranking exists. The poor are in the mercies of the rich, the powerless in the mercies of the powerful, and the people in the mercies of the law makers. Be vigilant always, because there's no free world, only free people.
