After some time I reached Panch Ganga. I rested there for a while and then left. By 9.15 I reached Baba Rudranath's court, preparations were going on for the morning aarti. Here one can see the face of the Lord. I participated in the aarti. I stayed for 1 hour after taking the prasad. Then I went back after having breakfast. I reached Panar at 1 o'clock. I talked to the Malaysian lady there for the last time. I gave her Sattu ka sharbat to drink. She liked it very much. She also gave me two pouches of Nestle's readymade coffee. She was going to stay in Panar tonight. I started descending. After Luti Bugyal, the forest starts. I did not want to go ahead alone, so I started waiting for someone. After some time I saw a local boy coming. I started walking while talking with him. After reaching Pung Bugyal, we both ate Maggi. At 5.30 in the evening I reached Sagar Negi ji. Negi ji asked for a room. I said that I am alone, it will be better if there is some cheap arrangement. He took me to his son's room in his house where a single bed was placed separately. I first took bath. Today I had covered the longest distance of my life. Total about 34 km. From Panar to Rudranath 10 km and from Rudranath to Sagar 24 km. I was very tired, then Negi ji's wife brought tea. I had tea and slept. Today the fourth Kedar Shri Rudranath ji yatra was completed. I had to leave for Joshimath in the morning. At 8 am Negi ji woke me up for food. After eating, I enquired about the vehicle to Chamoli, then Negi ji said you take rest, the bus for Chamoli will be available here at 5.30 in the morning. I asked about the money for staying and food at night, whatever he said, I gave it because I had to leave in the morning, and after setting the alarm for 4.30, I slept thinking about the Pancham Kedar Shri Kalpeshwar ji Maharaj yatra.

कुछ देर बाद मैं पन्च गंगा पहुँचा. वहा कुछ देर अराम कर चल दिया. 9.15 तक बाबा रुद्रनाथ के दरबार में आ गये, सुबह की आरती की तैयारी हो रही थी. यहाँ भगवन के मुख स्वरुप के दर्शन होते हैं. आरती में शामिल हुआ. भोग प्रसाद ग्रहण कर 1 घण्टा रुका. फ़िर नाश्ता कर वापस चल दिया. 01 बजे पनार पहुंच गया. वहा अंतिम बार मलेशिया महिला से बात की. उन्हे सत्तू का सर्बत पिने को दिया. उन्हे बेहद अच्छा लगा. मुझे भी उन्होने नेस्ले का रेडीमेड काफ़ी का दो पाउच दिया. वे आज रात पनार में रहने वाली थी. मैं निचे उतरने लगा. लुटी बुग्याल के बाद जंगल शुरू हो जाता है. मैं अकेले आगे नहीं जाना चाहता था किसी का इंतजार करने लगा. कुछ देर बाद एक लोकल लड़का आता दिखा. मैं उसी के साथ बाते करते चलने लगा. पुन्ग बुग्याल पहुंच हम दोनों ने मैगी खाया. शाम 5.30 बजे मैं सगर नेगी जी के पास आ गया. नेगी जी ने रुम के लिए पुछा. मैने कहा कि मैं अकेला हूँ कोइ सस्ती व्यवस्था हो तो ज्यादा अच्छा होगा. वे मुझे अपने घर में अपने बेटे के रुम में ले गए वहा एक सिन्गल बेड अलग से लगा था. मैं सबसे पहले स्नान किया. आज जीवन की सबसे लम्बी दुरी तय की थी. टोटल लगभग 34 km. पनार से रुद्रनाथ 10km और रुद्रनाथ से सगर 24 km. थकान बहुत था तभी नेगी जी की पत्नी चाय लेकर आइ. चाय पी मैं सो गया. आज चतुर्थ केदार श्री रुद्रनाथ जी यात्रा पुर्ण हो गया. सुबह जोशीमठ के लिए निकलना था. 8बजे नेगी जी भोजन के लिए उठाए. भोजन कर चमोली की गाड़ी के बारे में पता किया तो नेगी जी बोले आप अराम करो सुबह 5.30 बजे बस चमोली के लिए यही मिलेगी. रात में ही रहने व भोजन का पैसा के बारे मे पुछा उन्होने जीतना बोला मैने दे दिया क्योंकि मुझे सुबह ही निकलना था, और 4.30 का अलार्म लगाकर पन्चम केदार श्री कल्पेश्वर जी महाराज यात्रा के विषय में विचार करता सो गया.
