You are so beautiful. To me.
I have some very special people in my life. People I have known growing up and, still, we are friends... and some I have met at different places along the way. Friendship will always and forever be precious to me. Life is always good when the sun is shining, but it is in the darkness of the shade when those friends become most important.
One is the loneliest number. That is what the song reminds me...There is no denying those words. Looking out for number one seems to be a thing, but is it always bad? It's not, but, I don't want to live like that, where we don’t look out for each other. Not only the people that are close to us, but, anybody who needs a helping hand. There is a time in everyones life that a helping hand or words of wisdom are needed and welcome. Never forget that kindness counts.
True friendships endure and are not influenced by time, or the amount of contact. There are some friends that I see on rare occassion, but, each time we meet again, it is like time has stood still. We pick up from where we were and never miss a beat. The internet has made it much easier to keep in touch, reaching out from wherever you are to wherever they might be.

Your kindness allows the warmth of friendship to shine through. Have you ever noticed? Kindness has a ripple effect, everytime. I think we have to keep spreading it around. Compassion is the cure and love is the answer to it all.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas
So he paused. And the Grinch put his hand to his ear.
And he did hear a sound rising over the snow.
It started in low. Then it started to grow.
But the sound wasn't sad! Why, this sound sounded merry!
It couldn't be so! But it WAS merry! VERY!
He stared down at Whoville! The Grinch popped his eyes!
Then he shook! What he saw was a shocking surprise!
Every Who down in Whoville, the tall and the small,
Was singing! Without any presents at all!
He HADN'T stopped Christmas from coming! IT CAME!
Somehow or other, it came just the same!
And the Grinch, with his grinch-feet ice-cold in the snow,
Stood puzzling and puzzling: "How could it be so?"
"It came with out ribbons! It came without tags!"
"It came without packages, boxes or bags!"
And he puzzled three hours, till his puzzler was sore.
Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before!

Friendship is a special thing. You can share with your friends after all types and make all kinds of jokes. The one who will be your true friend can never go against you. Overall your flowers photography is awesome but sunflower picture is my favorite.

The perfect definition of true friendship @dswigle. I have friendships like this. We don't see each other or speak often in months or years but when we see each other again, it's like picking up where we left off the last time we're together. The best feeling in the world!

True friendship is hard to find but if you find a true friend, he/she will be with you in your good or bad times, this is the thing that makes the relation of friendship strong and long lasting.
We are supposed to get some spring like temps this weekend. I don't know if any flowers will pop out, but it will be a nice way to set the pace for the coming year! Beautiful shots!
Probably not, even these aren't from now, but, summer. I do my walks usually before sunrise of about sunset, so there is nothing much to see. So I skipped my Wednesday Walk again this week.
How sad! :)
We won't get flowers next week, but, if it keeps up, they will begin to pop. Last year, I got some in February!
