Friends, I would like to wish you a Merry Christmas! Yesterday was quite a busy evening and I actively participated in the battles in the Guild Brawl, where I fight on the Splinterlands.ru guild team. I really enjoy trying out different strategies with the cards from Gladius Case and their Bloodlust ability.

In one of my fights I encountered a rather strong opponent with an emphasis on magical attacks, and one of my main fighters was KATRELBA GOBSON (who could very well be the Grinch's wife).

So, my lineup:

FLESH GOLEM

High health, strong attack, healing ability - a great card for the first position of the Earth element and one of my favorites.

MUSHROOM SEER

Obsidian Summoner is quite popular lately, so I decided to use this mage to balance the odds and lower the quality of my opponent's magic attacks.

KATRELBA GOBSON

The cost of summoning this gladiator is quite high, but the dual attack ability fully justifies it, and after the first kill its attack and speed parameters cannot fail to please.

GOBLIN PSYCHIC

Despite its low speed this mage is a great support card and its ability to heal "tank" has helped me out more than once.

SPIRIT DRUID GROG

Slow, with little life, this mage seems vulnerable, but since Equalizer rule was in effect, its ability to resurrect the first casualty was very useful for me, and if the enemy had destroyed my FLESH GOLEM, this card would have given my long attack cards a small advantage.

CHILD OF THE FOREST

Finished the combo with this quick archer. Attacking the enemy's rear is never a waste!

My opponent was smart to put a FAILED SUMMONER and a UNICORN MUSTANG on defense, capable of resisting magic damage, but my mages and gladiator quickly took out his MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN, so I had a slight advantage at the end of the second round.

The enemy FAILED SUMMONER was very decent, and his ability to repel my attacks was a bit suspicious, but by the beginning of the 4th round my KATRELBA had perfectly pumped its parameters with Bloodlust and the outcome of the fight I had no doubts: )

I went into round 5 with no losses and a perfectly pumped gladiator, and my opponent had only two cards left :)

As a result our guild Splinterlands. Ru took second place and all participants received 646 Merits and 14 SPS.

Spent the reward on the Gladius Case and got the legendary JINI GUISE card!

Very happy to get it in my deck, and can't wait to try it out in battle!
