Take care of yourself.

Guys, this is a very personal blog. I would like to have a few minutes of you to share a very personal and recent thought of mine. It is regarding taking care of oneself.

Most of us are waiting for something after which we think that we will work on ourselves. However, that is wrong. It is completely wrong. Let me tell you this with my own experience.

I used to procrastinate everything that I had to do for myself. I never set my mental or physical health as a priority. Resultantly, both of these started deteriorating snd I was left with an obese body and a messed up mind.

I decided to take a break from everything and work on myself. It was the best decision of my life. I would suggest you all to do the same for yourself.

Work on yourself, it includes your physical and mental health. Eating healthy is one of the major things to begin with. We are what we eat. I only eat what my body can digest and get more proteins from.

Go for walks, workout and be as active as you can. It is great for your physical wellbeing. I have joined a gym.

For your mental wellness, you should go for meditation and reading books. It is scientifically proven fact. Go for small walks and long trips and explore as much as you can and meet new people.

This is a sort of detoxification that has become necessary in this digital age. I hope you got the message here that I wanted to share with you all. Take care my friends. I love you all. Stay happy, fit and blessed.

Truly right @drhakam . Healthy is indeed wealth. What we eat tells of how we keep the energy to face our daily activities.
