9 June 2024, @mariannewest's Freewrite Writing Prompt Day 2398: the old mill

The old mill was now closing. It had been installed in 1987 and gave so many opportunities to the people of the Hampshire town. They had associated their memories to the old mill and did not process ever thay they'll eventually have to face this day. On the day of the closure, Jason, the manager, arranged a little gathering of the senior employees. They shared their thoughts on how this old mill played a key role in the shaping of their lives.
