The day of changing the promotion is always a bit on crazy papers, yesterday the girls in the morning were in a smaller line-up so they had a difficult task, when I came to work, I had to control the chaos that began to prevail in the store, from the morning there were a lot of customers in the store so there was something to do.

Always the worst is the moment of transition of changes, when the girls go home in the morning and in their place jump in their place, those who come in their place. In addition to the holiday season, I can confidently say that the sick season is also in full swing, yesterday we lost 2 people from the night and 1 person from the second shift, an external company that was to provide us with support in the form of supplementing the crew with its employees, unfortunately, could not handle the right number of employees. Half a day I hung on the phone looking for people for delivery, unfortunately most of the guys were either sick or disposed to other stores.

Eventually, I managed to get an extra boyfriend for the night and moved the girl who was supposed to be at work at 9 am on Friday, in her original working hours I brought a girl from an external company who was supposed to be with us in the afternoon and eventually she will be at work 12 hours to make up the situation. In addition, I would encourage her to steal more because she would feel unpunished and proud of the fact that she came out with such a nice bonus.

At first I thought that the guy was simulating because he held the phone in his hand and opened his eyes from time to time, but I was not sure if something would actually happen to him by the time the police arrived, so I asked for an ambulance to come at the same time. Of course, the situation, as usual, caused the appearance of a crowd of onlookers, I informed the security of the shopping center about the situation, they sent an additional security guard, a firefighter working on the site also appeared on the spot, who proceeded to give you first aid. After some time, another woman with medical training got involved in the situation and began to monitor the man's condition, which began to deteriorate.

When I called the ambulance to inform you that the Lord began to deteriorate, the ambulance with paramedics just drove up and immediately began to take custody of the man. I am glad that I asked for ambulance assistance because although the guest was obviously under the influence of alcohol, I would not want to have him on my conscience.

I came home slightly nervous and mentally exhausted. Nevertheless, it is always a strong experience for me, more than once I happened to cry during such a shot, parents also react differently, some scream, others cry, sometimes someone starts to call the child names, it happened that the parents were completely indifferent (this is the worst type of parent for me, such a parent shows that the child is indifferent to him, his problems do not make the slightest impression on him).

It's a strange feeling when you are a silent observer of small family dramas, when it turns out that a child can be taken away from his parents because this is not his first prank. It is worth noting that children face much more serious consequences than adults, because the captured child goes before they are (there is no possibility of instruction or mandate), the child usually gets a superintendent at the beginning and the case is reported to the school. Such cases are handled by a special department for juveniles.

It is worth being aware of this and informing our children about it, I sensitize my children after each such situation, I am aware that children are more easily influenced, they want to fit into the group, or they make some stupid challenges, if you have children devote time to important conversations, I think that the one about theft and their consequences should be mandatory.

Wczoraj wpadłam do pracy zjadłam szybko drugie śniadanie i wskoczyłam w wir ogarniania wszystkiego co było do dopięcia po pierwszej zmianie. Pół dnia wisiałam na telefonie szukając ludzi na dostawę, niestety większość chłopaków była albo chora albo zadysponowana na inne sklepy.

Ostatecznie udało mi się ściągnąć dodatkowego chłopaka na nockę i przesunęłam na noc dziewczynę, która miała być w pracy na 9 rano w piątek, w jej pierwotne godziny pracy ściągnęłam dziewczynę z firmy zewnętrznej która miała być u nas popołudniu a ostatecznie będzie w pracy 12 godzin, żeby podratować sytuację. Czasem prowadząc zmianę mam wrażenie, że pół dnia wiszę na telefonie, żeby tylko połatać dziury w grafiku.

W ferworze walki udało mi się znaleźć chwilę, żeby przeszkolić nową dziewczynę z robienia zamówień internetowych, oprowadzić pożyczoną koleżankę po naszym sklepie, przyjąć kilka dostaw od mniejszych dostawców. Gdy w końcu dotarłam na przerwę i chciałam zjeść była już prawie 19 a w pracy byłam od 13 więc trochę, zajęło mi ogarnianie wszystkiego co było niezbędne do jako takiego porządku na sklepie. Niestety nie było mi dane w spokoju zjeść pysznej lasagnie ze szpinakiem, nagle ochroniarz wypadł z zaplecza jak szalony i już wiedziałam, że dojdzie do kolejnego ujęcia złodzieja.

Po około minucie wrócił na zaplecze z dobrze ubraną Panią, która nie wzbudziła by najmniejszego podejrzenia u zwykłego człowieka. Pani była zadbana, zrobione paznokcie, droga kurtka, nowa torebka z Zary. Oczywiście standardowe tłumaczenie, że ona nie jest złodziejką, że to przez roztargnienie nie skasowała perfum i ona za nie zapłaci. Po chwili informuję ją, że nie ma opcji w której nie wezwę policji, uspokajam ją również, że jeśli to faktyczni jej pierwszy raz dostanie zapewne mandat i będzie po sprawie.

Uprzedzam na starcie, że jeśli nie zapłaciła za coś jeszcze to musi to wyciągnąć, bo policja i tak dokona rewizji i będą z tego poważniejsze konsekwencje, w tym momencie Pani wyciąga kolejne, rzeczy o których rzekomo zapomniała i tym sposobem wysokość ukradzionego towaru z kwoty 220 zł rośnie w okolice 480 zł czyli zbliża się niebezpiecznie do granicy przestępstwa. Myślę, że dodatkową karą po za mandatem, który dostała był czas oczekiwania na policję, bo gdy ja wychodziłam do domku o 22:30 to policji jeszcze nie było, więc Pani wraz z grupą interwencyjną, siedziała na zapleczu w oczekiwaniu na policję, całą sprawę przekazałam koleżance, która przyszła w nocy przyjąć dostawę i zapewne też nie było jej na rękę dodatkowe zadanie, no ale trudno na brak patroli nic nie poradzimy. Powiem wam, że bardzo mnie frustruje rosnąca ilość kradzieży, zwłaszcza że znaczna ich część jest dokonywana przez osoby nieletnie.

W ciągu ostatnich tygodni nie ma dnia, bez kradzieży, nie każdą udaję się udaremnić, straty sklepów są olbrzymie, na szczęście mamy dobrą ochronę i coraz lepsze metody wykrywania kradzieży. Ja osobiście nie mogła bym mieć takiej pracy, dla mnie każda interwencja jest stresem, zawsze boję się o ochroniarza, zwłaszcza gdy sprawcą jest mężczyzna, nie raz dochodziło do niebezpiecznych sytuacji. We wtorek koło godziny 13 miało miejsce zatrzymanie złodzieja, który dzień wcześniej został zatrzymany przez naszego ochroniarza, pozwoliliśmy mu wówczas zostawić towar i miał się więcej nie pojawiać u nas na sklepie, niestety nie za bardzo to do niego dotarło skoro znów się pojawił.

Ochroniarz widząc, że delikwent znów u nas kradnie, wybiegł za złodziejem ze sklepu, zagrodził mu drogę a Pan nagle padł przed wejściem i stracił przytomność. Początkowo myślałam, że gościu symuluje bo trzymał telefon w ręce i co jakiś czas otwierał oczy, ale nie byłam pewna czy do czasu przyjazdu policji faktycznie coś mu się nie stanie więc poprosiłam o jednoczesny przyjazd pogotowia. Oczywiście sytuacja jak zwykle spowodowała pojawienie się tłumu gapiów, poinformowałam ochronę centrum handlowego o zaistniałej sytuacji, przysłali dodatkowego ochroniarza, na miejscu zjawił się również, strażak pracujący na obiekcie, który przystąpił do udzielania Panu pierwszej pomocy. Po jakimś czasie do sytuacji wmieszała się jeszcze jakaś kobieta, z przeszkoleniem medycznym i zaczęła monitorować stan mężczyzny, który zaczął się pogarszać.

Gdy dodzwoniłam się na pogotowie by poinformować, że Pan zaczął się pogarszać karetka z ratownikami właśnie podjechała i natychmiast przystąpiła do przejęcia pieczy nad mężczyzną. Cieszę się, że poprosiłam o asystę pogotowia bo mimo, że gość był ewidentnie pod wpływem alkoholu to nie chciała bym go mieć na swoim sumieniu.

Do domu wróciłam lekko podenerwowana i wykończona psychicznie. Jak nie trudno się domyślić ujęcia złodziei są stresujące, mnie jednak najbardziej stresują ujęcia nieletnich, wówczas nie czuję przypływu adrenaliny, a duży smutek. Zawsze wzywam policję i dzwonię do rodziców, to bardzo trudne rozmowy i dla mnie i dla nich, mocno przeżywam każdą taką sytuację. Co ciekawe częściej łapiemy się dzieci z tak zwanych dobrych domów, którym nie brakuje pieniędzy na zrobienie sobie zakupów a mimo to kradną, chcąc zwrócić uwagę rodziców lub zaimponować koleżanką.

Nie mniej jednak zawsze jest to dla mnie mocne przeżycie, nie raz zdarzyło mi się popłakać podczas takiego ujęcia, rodzice też reagują różnie, jedni krzyczą, inni płaczą, czasem ktoś zaczyna wyzywać dziecko, zdarzało się, że rodzice byli zupełnie obojętni( to dla mnie najgorszy typ rodzica, taki rodzic pokazuje, że dziecko jest mu obojętne, jego problemy nie robią na nim najmniejszego wrażenia).

To dziwne uczucie gdy jest się cichym obserwatorem małych dramatów, rodzinnych, gdy okazuje się, że dziecko może zostać odebrane rodzicom bo to nie jego pierwszy wybryk. Warto zaznaczyć, że dzieci mierzą się ze znacznie poważniejszymi konsekwencjami niż dorośli, bo ujęte dziecko trafia przed są ( nie ma możliwości pouczenia czy mandatu), dziecko zwykle na początku dostaje kuratora i spraw jest zgłaszana do szkoły. Takie sprawy są prowadzone przez specjalny wydział do spraw osób nieletnich.

Warto być tego świadomym i informować o tym nasze pociechy, ja uczulam swoje dzieci po każdej takiej sytuacji, jestem świadoma, że dzieci łatwiej ulegają wpływom, chcą się wpasować w grupę, czy robią sobie jakieś głupie wyzwania, jeśli macie dzieci poświęćcie im czas na ważne rozmowy, myślę, że ta na temat kradzieży i ich konsekwencji, powinna być obowiązkowa.
