En el rumbón para ¡goza!, por las celebraciones del Tercer Aniversario de Holos&Lotus y Segundo Aniversario de Esa vida Nuestra, seguro no podía dejar de estar presente el infaltable de las fiestas que según a la mayoría de las personas por no decir que a todos nos gustaba en cada celebración.
Fiesta que se respetará y se celebrará hace años en Venezuela con los amigos de la cuadra, había algo que no podía faltar ¿Saben a lo que me referiré? Seguro que sí, porque más de uno cuando recibía la invitación para algún agasajo pensaba en él.
Me uno a la encantadora y alegre iniciativa de la bella amiga @charjaim Esa Vida Nuestra. Iniciativa №25, vamos a reír, eso atrae bienestar a nuestras vidas.

Les contaré algo que viví hace mucho tiempo, recientemente lo recordé con unas amigas y no paraba de reír, definitivamente recordar es vivir.
Estaba de Cumpleaños la sobrina de mi comadre, Livia, eran sus quince primaveras, se podrán imaginar, su familia estaba emocionada y por supuesto nosotras también, somos cuatro amigas, mi comadre Dámaris, Arelys, Gloria y yo, y cualquier celebración que hacían en su familia allí estábamos nosotras presente. Esa familia es genial.
Cuando ella nos llevó la invitación preguntamos al unísono: «¿Y él va a estar presente?». «¡Por supuesto, él es el infaltable de las fiestas!», exclamo.
Llegado el día de la fiesta, mientras me vestía conversaba con mi amiga Arelys y estábamos pendiente del infaltable, me dijo seguro va a estar de rechupete. Se avizoraba buena la rumba, ya que esa familia es muy dicharachera, y el que iba a su casa la pasaba espectacular.
Al llegar a la fiesta la decoración con mariposas se veía hermosa y Livia era una linda joven de piel color canela y pelo ensortijado, una hermosura. Inmediatamente, nos atendieron, nos hicieron sentir como en casa, la atención personalizada, no paraba quién preguntará ¿Qué desean tomar? ¿Quieren comer algo?
Caminábamos por entre la gente al son de la música del Sonero de la Salsa Óscar de León con su pieza «Qué bueno baila usted». Esas patitas me picaban para bailar y antes de pensarlo ya bailaba con el abuelo de la quinceañera, viejo pa´ parrandero.
Antes de salir de casa me comí un aperitivo, pero no mucho, pues, pensaba en el infaltable de la fiesta. Mi padre siempre decía: «No salgan sin comer de la casa, ya que no saben que se pueda presentar en el camino».
I will tell you something that I lived a long time ago, recently I remembered it with some friends and I couldn't stop laughing, definitely remembering is living.
It was my comadre's niece Livia's birthday, it was her fifteenth birthday, you can imagine, her family was excited and of course we were too, we are four friends, my comadre Dámaris, Arelys, Gloria and me, and any celebration they did in their family there we were present. That family is great.
When she brought us the invitation we asked in unison: “Is he going to be there? “Of course, he can't miss it,” she replied.
When the day of the party arrived, while I was getting dressed I was talking with my friend Arelys and we were waiting for him, she told me he was going to be great. It looked like a good party, since that family is very cheerful, and whoever went to their house had a spectacular time.
When we arrived at the party, the decoration with butterflies looked beautiful and Livia was a pretty young woman with cinnamon skin and curly hair, a beauty. Immediately, we were attended to, they made us feel at home, the personalized attention, and there was no end to the questions: What would you like to drink? Do you want to eat something?
We walked among the people to the sound of the music of the Sonero de la Salsa Oscar de Leon with his piece “Qué bueno baila usted”. Those little legs were itching me to dance and before I knew it I was dancing with the grandfather of the quinceañera, an old parrandero.
Before leaving the house I ate a snack, but not much, because I was thinking about the infaltable of the party. My father always said: “Don't leave the house without eating, because you don't know what might be on the way”.

La familia de mi comadre armó tremenda rumba, entre saludos, presentaciones y conversar, degustamos pasapalos, entre estos: tequeños, bolitas de carne, canapés, cremas para untar de varias clases, aunque no quería comer mucho para esperar al infaltable de las fiestas y mis amigas también. Había bebidas para escoger.
Llegada la hora de bailar el vals, comenzaba a colarse por entre las paredes «Tiempo de Vals» de Chayanne, sentí que la quinceañera era yo, cuando vi que bajaba las escaleras, casi a todos las lágrimas nos brotaban como río, su tez virginal la hacía verse radiante, espectacular con un traje atípico ceñido al cuerpo y bajaba en capas alegóricas a las mariposas, de color tornasol con destellos morados, las zapatillas hacían juego con él, una combinación perfecta, su padre la esperaba en el descanso.
Bailaron al compás de la música, ella parecía una princesa sacada de un cuento de Hadas. Después brindamos por la felicidad de la quinceañera, seguimos bailando y disfrutando de la rumba. Pero, ya estaba pegando el hambre, y una de las Señoras que estaba al lado contiguo a nuestra mesa le dijo a otra, «me tengo que ir», y ella le contestó: «No, amiga aún no, ahora es que van a repartir el arroz con pollo, él infaltable de las fiestas y esta gente cocina bueno, les queda tipo chino».
Al otro lado de la mesa se escuchó una voz que decía:«Tampoco me voy, yo espero el arroz con pollo, no he comido nada esperándolo, me estoy llenando de gases y Fernando lo prepara delicioso», pero, otro, repostó: «Recuerden que eso lo reparten después de picar la torta y aún no lo hacen, recién bailaron el vals»,
Los que estábamos en la mesa y en otras aledañas comentábamos que a lo lejos se veía un grupo de muchachos cerca de la cocina, unos entraban y salían de esta y movían la mandíbula, pero cuando los veían dejaban de hacerlo. En el ínterin procedieron a cantar el Feliz Cumpleaños.
My comadre's family put together a tremendous party, between greetings, introductions and conversation, we tasted snacks, among these: tequeños, meat balls, canapés, spreads of various kinds, although I did not want to eat much to wait for the infaltable of the holidays and my friends too. There were drinks to choose from.
When it was time for the waltz, Chayanne's “Tiempo de Vals” began to play through the walls, I felt that I was the quinceañera, when I saw her coming down the stairs, almost all of us had tears flowing like a river, her virginal complexion made her look radiant, spectacular with an atypical suit that was tight to the body and came down in layers allegorical to butterflies, iridescent color with purple sparkles, the slippers matched with it, a perfect combination, her father was waiting for her in the break.
They danced to the music, she looked like a princess out of a fairy tale. After we toasted to the happiness of the quinceañera, we continued dancing and enjoying the rumba. But, we were getting hungry, and one of the ladies next to our table said to another one, “I have to go”, and she answered: “No, friend, not yet, now they are going to distribute the arroz con pollo, the infallible of the parties and these people cook good food, it's like Chinese”.
On the other side of the table a voice was heard saying: “I am not leaving either, I am waiting for the rice with chicken, I have not eaten anything waiting for it, I am getting full of gas and Fernando prepares it delicious”, but another one said: “Remember that they hand it out after the cake is cut and they have not done it yet, they have just waltzed”,
Those of us who were at the table and at other nearby tables commented that in the distance a group of boys could be seen near the kitchen, some of them were going in and out of the kitchen and moving their jaws, but when they saw them they stopped doing it. In the meantime they proceeded to sing Happy Birthday.

Otra vez la quinceañera quería bailar el vals, pero era de la emoción, nos veíamos las caras y parecíamos la llorona, en mi vida había llorado tanto, era de la emoción. Repartieron la torta, una exquisitez y a la hora de repartir el arroz con pollo, el infaltable de las fiestas, el pollo quedó de agente secreto porque los muchachos habían sacado las piezas y se las habían comido, dejaron al arroz solo, como novia de pueblo vestido y alborotado, ja ja ja.
Pues les diré en mi vida, había visto tanta gente llorar por algo, se transformó de una fiesta en un funeral, las emociones hicieron acto de presencia se encontraron quinceañera e invitados se fundieron en uno solo nos veíamos las caras y sollozábamos, él infaltable de las fiestas, al que habíamos esperado con tanto amor, se había esfumado.
Y Misia María, la madrina de la quinceañera, exclamó: ¡“El hambre es grande!, así sea sin pollo me como el arroz y eso que desprecie las bolitas de carne y los tequeños, pa´la próxima no me vuelve a pasar”.

Well, I will tell you that in my life, I had never seen so many people cry for something, it turned from a party into a funeral, emotions ran high, the quinceañera and the guests were one, we could see each other's faces and we were sobbing, the one we had waited for with so much love, was gone.
And Misia Maria, the godmother of the quinceañera, exclaimed: “I'm really hungry, even without chicken I'll eat the rice and I despise the meat balls and the tequeños, next time it won't happen to me again”.

JAJAJA... No puedo creer que se hayan comido el pollo, mi mamá me enseñó igual coma algo, incluso cuando madrugo a las 5 am para la universidad desayuno, porque quien sabe.

Si, 😂, pero el arroz con pollo es infaltable en las mayoría de las pachangas venezolanas.
Jajaja que horror, lo bueno se hace esperar pero no siempre, dejaron el arroz solo sin pollo, que risa. Eso me recordó cuando fuimos a una fiesta y no comimos nada porque íbamos a comer mucho pasapalos. Nada, se hizo tarde y nos tuvimos que ir, no repartieron los pasapalos y nosotros muertos del hambre. Saludos.

Recuerdo una fiesta de matrimonio que nos quedamos esperando el arroz con pollo y al final solo pusieron pepitos y de ahí salimos a buscar comida. Jajaja
