Tricky Trees Weekly FPL update

Another player sent off, Another loss in the #hivefpl. Gameweek 8 followed GW1 and GW3 into the history books of dodgy refereeing and stupid choices made by players giving me a 3-5 record in the head to head league, but even my below average score of 35 saw me climb 6 places in the Hive FPL to 42nd so it looks like a few people didnt perform well this week.

With Saliba's read card making him unavailable anyway and some interesting fixtures this week i have deceided to make some changes to my team for GW9, which starts on Friday with the Mighty NFFC visiting the foxes as Steve Cooper comes up against Forest for the first time since his sacking.

Goalkeeper

Sticking with Flekken for this week, hopefully a cleansheet against Ipswich for him

Defence

Faes was an automatic sub for Akjani last week, this week i've transfered Akjani for Gvardiol and added in Konate, sending Faes back to the bench. Arsenal vs Liverpool may give me issues for Konate and Gabriel but hoping Man City destroy Southampton with Gvardiol getting in on the act.

Midfield

Having seen CHO really struggle to walk across the pitch at the end of the match on Monday night and only 4 days to recover i am bringing in Smith-Rowe and hoping its the right choice.

Forwards

Pretty happy with my forward line and with Haaland up against a Southampton defence that conceded 3 to Leicester and coming off 2 midweek goals in the Champions league i have even gone so far as to Triple Captain him!

Could be an interesting week as my head to head opponent doesnt have Haaland or Palmer and has Salah coming up against Arsenal, but i wont count my chickens... and of course there may have been many transfers!

Feel like i'm doing something right this week as the dream line up on the premier league website shares 7 of my 11 players
