Cover created and edited in Photoshop with elements from my drawing and from official HoloZing

Hello everyone, there is something I enjoy very much and that is the rainy and cold days, and maybe you are wondering why I start my post with this, well this day is one of those where the rain serenely hits my window, so I have taken the opportunity to draw a version of zingu, the adorable penguin that has left my brain frozen with so much thinking, but it was worth it, because in the end I have achieved an epic and interesting result...

It is certainly a new way of looking at this creature, without further ado I would like you to witness the process of my art!

For this occasion, I wanted to let my imagination fly a little and take a bit of the original design to give another more human style to Zingu.

From the beginning I wanted to reflect an idea that has to do with the power of this icy creature, because I was always struck by that ice gem that the zingu penguin has, and I thought it would be interesting to make it stand out and even look like its source of magical power in the style of a wizard...

At first, I drew a tunic cap for zingu!

With a little patience, I began to design the style of the tunic, always leaving the big ice gem on his forehead.

I think this costume I've put on zingu gives him seriousness and even a bit of mystery because most warlocks hide amazing powers up their sleeves or rather under their fins in zingu's case hahaha....

The main design of the most powerful sorcerer in #Holozing is ready!

In digital art, something important are the primary layers that define the base colors of the character. That's why I kept the color of zingu's original fur; however, the only different thing you can appreciate is the outfit, so I colored with brown and dark purple the tunic.

When I was painting the layers, I wanted to change the color of the zingu legs, because it seemed too light and not very aesthetic.

Now, the medallion holding the tunic was something I took care of to give it that special detail with the game logo....

It was necessary for me to focus on giving more detail to the medallion, because that colorful logo caught the eye with shades of blue!

For the ice gem on zingu's forehead, I have created reflections that will glow in the dark.

As you can see in the image below, I made some blue brushstrokes that go in a spiral around the zingu fins, and this would serve to give it a magical touch that I had been looking for from the beginning.

Then, using the blur brush, I refined and smoothed the edges of the spiral. Now all that was left was to make a background to accompany the icy essence in Zingu's habitat!

I like to think that the penguin Zingu, now clearly demonstrates through this version, I just made all the power he hides in his element. So much so that even the atmosphere seems to be in the tempest, forming a snowstorm.

But as always, you're the one who gives me the final opinion in the comments, thanks for reading and appreciating my art!
