Drinking coffee in the morning!

If (and when) you drink coffee, try drinking it in the morning for better health benefits! An observational study in the European Heart Journal revealed a link between morning coffee drinking and a lower risk of certain conditions!

The study authors analyzed data on 40,725 adults aged 18 and older, collected from 1999 to 2018. At the end of the analysis, the authors found an interesting association. Those who drank coffee in the morning (from 4 a.m. to 11:59 a.m.) experienced a 16% lower risk of premature death from any cause and a 31% lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease. All-day coffee drinkers didn’t have such risk reductions!

To be mentioned: It’s just an outcome from the data analysis. It could be a mere association. It’s not an established experimental fact!
