BATTLE MAGE SECRETS ✶ HEALED OUT

The ruleset for this week's challenge

• Healed Out - All healing abilities are removed

The ruleset that I managed to get

• Rulesets - Target Practice, Noxious Fumes & Healed Out
• Mana Cap - 19
• Active Elements -

Here's my starting lineup

Summoner: Tarsa

• With this weeks challenge the specific summoner type doesn't matter
• In my case as Fire was active I settled for Tarsa as I had a great team in mind which I still managed to forget to play

1st Position: Grum Flameblade

• Grum Flameblade was my main tank for this battle
• Main reason I like Grum Flameblade here a lot is his Bloodlust ability
• My plan was to Cleanse Grum which I instantly managed to forget
• Bloodlust - Every time this Unit defeats an opponent, it gets +1 to all stats
• Void Armor - Magic attacks hit this Unit's armor before its Health
• Void - Reduced damage from Magic attacks by 50%

2nd Position: Furious Chicken

• Nothing really to say here other than why not play Furious Chicken he costs 0 mana

4th Position: Radiated Scorcher

• Next up in line is another low mana card
• Better position for him and Furious Chicken would've been 1st and 2nd in this team as I forgot to play Scavo Chemist
• Shatter - Target's armor is destroyed when hit by an attack from Units with shatter

4th Position: Creeping Ooze

• Creeping Ooze is one of my favorite cards
• I feel like you get so many stats for only 1 mana
• You get 2hp which can tank at least 1 maybe 2 hits, you get 1 attack so maybe you could sneak a hit in there somewhere and for last but not least is his Slow ability which I really like
• Slow - Reduces the Speed of all enemy Units by 1

5th Position: Kobold Miner

• picking Kobold Miner here was a total mistake by me
• I totally forgot that Noxious Fumes was active
• Much better option would've been Scavo Chemist
• But not a big deal as Kobold Miner himself alone is quite strong with his 2 damage and Sneak
• Sneak - Targets the last Unit on the enemy Team instead of the first Unit

Starting board

• The starting board was a bit confusing but for some reason I felt like I had a higher change to win this battle
• Even tho I messed up I team comp I was still confident and hopeful
• So lets start the battle and have a look

Here's how the battle went

1st Round

• After 1st Round I saw a way to my victory
• I needed to not miss my next Kobold Miner's attack that way my enemies Djinn Oshannus wouldn't get Cleansed and that would possible win me the battle

2nd Round

• In the 2nd Round my plan worked and my enemies Djinn Oshannus didn't get Cleansed
• Now I just needed to hit my attacks and not miss many times
• But After his Djinn Oshannus gets boosted the speed difference was going to be 4 which is quite high but lets have a look if I was going to make it

3rd Round

• In the 3rd Round my Grum Flameblade managed to hit his attack so now just 1 more
• I felt confident as I still had much hp left so even if I managed to miss 1 or 2 attacks I still would be fine

4th Round

• It took me only 1 round to kill my enemies last standing monster as I managed to not miss
• After his Djinn Oshannus had fallen I took the victory

Summary

• This battle was definitely quite one sided but still fun to watch
• I believe the battle came down to me just being a moron and messing up my comp which happened to work maybe even better then the comp I had in mind at first thought
• Best thing by far to happen in this game was taking down is Cleanse before he even had a change to use it
