Cardio & Pickleball

Yesterday I went out and played some pickleball.

After about the 5th point and realized I was already breathing hard. Even though I have been walking more and lifting most days I realized that I am not in shape with more intense cardio.

So part of my goals for fitness for the next few months is to work on more intense cardio. I think pickleball is going to be a big part of that.

Any pickleball players out there?

Here is the best paddle I have played with. I don't own one because they are so expensive but i have a buddy who lets me borrow his when we play. He has 4 of them.

If you are playing outside I like the franklin x-40 pickleballs. They last the longest and I think have the truest bounce.
