30 day goal/test. Wake up earlier!

Not going to lie. I have made fun of the wake up at 5 am crew that swears it will change your life. I have always chosen to stay up a little later and wake up a little later. I am not really one to sleep in but I am not up at the crack of down either. I guess everyone has a different idea of what sleeping in is. I am usually up by 730. But as my kids get older I have to be helping them all morning and I do not have minute for myself the rest of the day it feels like.

So a I am going to give it a try for the next 30 days. I am going to get up at 6 am. about 1 and 1/2 hours before I have been getting up for years. I have gone to a few early morning work outs in the past but it never lasted. So this goal is only 30 days and I know I can do that.

I will keep you all update on this and how it affects my sleep, energy and my goals. I am hitting a lot of goals but I am missing out on some personal study, fitness, and reading. I hope this helps.
