Sunday adventures.
Today we had some spare time in the afternoon so I decided to take my daughter out for a little adventure along the river Trail. She packed her own backpack for treats and water and she thought it was just a great time.
I think my favorite thing to do with my kids is just spend the time in nature. These fall days are almost winter spectacular. It was 58° outside after you move for about 15 minutes. You don’t even feel cold anymore. It’s actually one of my favorite temperatures.
we ended the walk by helping an elderly gentleman try to fix his car. In the end him and I both came to realize that I had no clue what I was talking about and neither did he. Neither of us were a car people. So we put it in neutral and pushed it to blocks Until we got to his house. My little daughter wasn’t much help when it came to pushing that big car.
it was kind of cool to serve somebody help them out when he stranded

That's a winning day for sure. Looks lovely out. I visited Salt Lake with my son a couple months ago as he was thinking of going to school there. I was excited as the whole state is just beautiful. Then after one day there he was like, I can't live in this city 😂🤣😂☠️☠️☠️
Oh well, I'll just have to go visit on my own someday.
Haha. Yeah come visit someday. Utah has a lot of great outdoor stuff.
Looks like it was a beautiful walk. It has been some really nice weather lately. That fall chill is in the air and before long we are probably going to start seeing snow. I guess Colorado has getting dumped on this past week.
Looks like you two had a fun adventure. It's great to have some time with your daughter like that, enjoy it while is lasts.
It was nice of you to help the gentleman out with is car even if it is just pushing it to his house. I imagine the young one there isn't quite strong enough yet for that one!
