Learn from the pain!

Both my 9yr old and I had some pain this week at work and at school.

As I sat down at talked to him I remembered this quote.

We tried to think what we could learn from that pain.

Learning is a gift, even when pain is your teacher!

I think this is a good reminder that we can come out stronger.

I’ve been watching the Michael Jordan series again. I loved basketball during that time. He was soooo fun to watch and I hated when he beat the Jazz.

When he hit that shot over Russel I knew the Jazz would never win a championship.

Random post today and not much content but I’m off to spend the rest of the day in the sun. Winter is coming. I need to enjoy the last few weeks of fall.

Such a powerful quote!

It further highlights the idea of growth, which comes from the challenges we experience as individuals... In as much as pain is difficult to bear, it has a way of helping us gain valuable insights to the potentials and capabilities hidden in us...
Also, there are lessons to be learnt from every pain experienced, as these lessons prepare us to be better version of ourselves.

He was just too good back then in the Stockton/Malone era. They came close but Jordan always delivered when it counted. Learning is good for us all!
