This Ramen is the most delicious thing I have ever eaten

One of the best things I have done in Peru was to have tried Ramen, for me it was a total elixir, I must confess that I had never tried it before. I was completely in love and it is one of the things I miss the most, its flavor was something I had never tasted, this one that I always ordered was called chashu ramen, and it was thinly sliced pork slices with a slightly smoky flavor, a white broth, a boiled egg and noodles in a perfect point and other ingredients that I really do not know too much, I only know that since that day I tried it was my favorite broth, my husband's too.

I don't know if I will ever find a place with such a good taste like that again, where I always went was a Japanese restaurant called Shimaya, the sushi was also excellent, the whole menu was very good. I am currently looking for a place like that in Maracay Venezuela, I have been to some, but I don't like sushi very much and the Remen I still can't find a place with that taste and level of ingredients, I can say that Sushi and Ramen are my favorite food.

I ate it the last 2 years I was in Lima, I would have liked to have discovered it before and thus be able to take much more advantage of that great taste that stayed in my memory, I must comment that it was not very economical, when I was about to go to eat at this place I was aware that my card was going to suffer a hard blow, but it was really worth every bite or sip so I never regretted spending in that place, cost every penny.

So when I get a place like this and with that special taste I will not miss the opportunity to bring my impressions here with you. Happy start of the week!
