24 WILL NEVER BE ENOUGH
The strive for success takes different turns for different individuals as we all have our own individual races to run. In this process, a lot of people have made peace with their own race, carving out niches for themselves in individual spheres of endeavor.
Some are salary earners, some are entrepreneurs running the own business while some have have learned skills and are freelancing for their daily bread.
It is the quest for financial betterment and control of our own schedule that drove some people into opening their own businesses. Some call it side hustle, as they seek to improve their financial welfare by opening up more channels of income flow, while some delve neck deep in to establish their own empire.
This is not different in the crypto space as some of us got wind of the new currency system as a side hustle, but over time, it's grown into a full time business.
This has not been helped by the poor economic conditions ravaging the whole world currently. Inflation rates are spiking, unemployment levels rising (especially in third world countries), and natural disasters taking its toll and repaying humans for their mismanagement and misuse of the environment.
WHY ISN'T 24 ENOUGH?
Everyone over the world has the same number of hours in a day and the productivity of one person from the other depends on how its utilized.
In the centralized and regular system, businesses and companies have opening and closing hours where their business is done. For those that run 24/7, there's a shifting system in place to make sure that workers get relief at intervals.
That system makes sure that the most possible output can be gotten out of 24 hours while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness. But then it leaves too much powers and the fate of the many in the hands of the few.
But in the tech world/web3, 24 hours may not be enough. The pace of the industry makes it very hard for anyone to get to grips with enough in 24hrs to cover for a day.
The global nature and the never ending developments means that, before you can get acquainted with one project, 10 more have sprung up. That makes it near impossible to keep up with. Let's also not forget the health implications of sleep and rest deprivation. While there's also the issue of reduced efficiency.
DOES THAT MEAN THAT WE RUN AWAY FROM TECH AND WEB 3?
The world is gradually gravitating away from web2 and towards web 3. It would be foolhardy for anyone not to take any opportunities and make inroads into the industry in this early days.
That is to say that one should not run away from the web 3 industry, but should look at possible ways to manage his affairs in order to maximize the benefits of the industry. Some of the ways to maintain efficiency and effectiveness in the industry is to:
Get together a team : This is one of the most important things to consider in the business. Working alone even in the regular system easily drains you and reduces efficiency. It is important to get a team of people with the right mindset to help build the business.
Target Specific Projects : With the rate of development in the web 3 space, it is very easy to get lost in the web of projects and end up wasting time with nothing to show for it. It is advisable to identify a few projects to invest in, in order to be able to keep track of everything and monitor your growth.
Do Your Own Research at All Times : In the decentralized system, there are a lot of experts out there sharing their knowledge on projects everyday. One thing you should understand is that most of those knowledge are based on predictions and not facts, so they're prone to errors. At all times, do your own research and make decisions based on what you find.
Find Time to Rest: Arguably the most important. The global nature of the space means it is easy to forget to take a nap even when it's necessary. But health they say is wealth. No matter what you do, always find time to rest and reset.
We're all running a survival race, but it's important for us to know and be conversant with what we're doing at all times.
The time will never be enough, but we should always remember that we cannot do it all at once, so we should strive to take steps to maximize our time without ruining our health.

Very true. It's impossible to keep up with everything. One just needs to concentrate on a few and work to develop himself on them
