Estáticos y presses
Un saludo amigos de esta buena comunidad, hoy les vengo a compartir varias fotos de mi entrenamiento de estáticos por mi barrio.
Debido a un fuerte clima de lluvia opté por irme a entrenar cerca de mi casa, y aún que no suelen tener los mejores elementos para un entrenamiento completo de estáticos, se hizo un gran esfuerzo para lograr todo los objetivos en cuestión.
En esta oportunidad tenía en mente realizar varios movimientos de presses y negativas de presses en movimiento como front lever, back lever y tuck planche, y negativas de las mismas, Aunque ya la última si tenía un poco más de dificultad por no contar en mi casa con unas mini push ups que si ayudan bastante a mantener el equilibrio, tocó hacerla en piso, pero eso no quita el buen trabajo que se realiza en la misma.
Y en los demás movimientos buscaba generar negativas lentas y presses con buena explosividad para fomentar la velocidad y varios segundos de tensión al final para terminar de fatigar los músculos implicados, y justo a unos buenos descansos, se podría decir que fueron buenas rondas bien desafiantes y exhaustivas que hicieron de esta rutina el momento perfecto del día.

Due to a heavy rainy weather I chose to go to train near my house, and even though they usually do not have the best elements for a complete static training, a great effort was made to achieve all the objectives in question.
This time I had in mind to perform several movements of presses and negative presses in motion as front lever, back lever and tuck planche, and negative of the same, although the last one if I had a little more difficulty for not having in my house with a mini push ups that if help enough to maintain balance, had to do it on the floor, but that does not detract from the good work done in the same.
And in the other movements I was looking to generate slow refusals and presses with good explosiveness to promote speed and several seconds of tension at the end to finish fatiguing the muscles involved, and just a few good breaks, you could say that they were good rounds well challenging and exhaustive that made this routine the perfect time of the day.
