Balance and chill
Buenas tardes gente de la comunidad, hoy les vengo a compartir mi noche entrenando balance en piso y en casa.
Hoy al igual que la vez anterior estuve algo ocupado en mis cosas del día a día y si se me hizo algo tarde para irme a dónde siempre a entrenar, así que tome la decisión de llegar a mi casa con el objetivo de hacer mi rutina pautada para hoy, pero en casa lo que ya de por sí genera un cambio por las herramientas escasas con las que cuento, pero ya sabemos que la clave del progreso es la adaptación.
Un punto a favor de entrenar en casa es que uno ya cuenta con las comodidades tales como internet, un mueble cómodo para descansar y donde poder escuchar música, que es casi tan importante como el agua o los descansos.
Aunque los días de balance no sean muy exigente con el cuerpo, es igual de exhausto que el resto de rutinas, y aunando el echo de que mi casa es cerrada el calor es un poco mayor.
Aún así tuve una muy buena rutina, aunque un poco más compleja por no contar con unas mini paralelas, conseguir el balance en piso y control con las manos ha sido algo mas de acostumbrarse, y el resto es más fácil si es un elemento constantemente practicado.

Today like last time I was a little busy in my day to day things and if I was a little late to go where I always go to train, so I decided to get home with the goal of doing my routine scheduled for today, but at home which in itself generates a change for the few tools I have, but we know that the key to progress is adaptation.
A point in favor of training at home is that one already has the comforts such as internet, a comfortable furniture to rest and where you can listen to music, which is almost as important as water or breaks.
Although the balance days are not very demanding on the body, it is just as exhausting as the rest of the routines, and adding the fact that my house is closed the heat is a little higher.
I still had a very good routine, although a little more complex for not having a mini parallel, getting the balance on the floor and control with the hands has been something more to get used to, and the rest is easier if it is an element constantly practiced.
