Hoy les estaré hablando de un tema muy recurrente, que todos en determinado momento lo hemos sentido, yo en mi experiencia personal muchas veces 🥺. Incluso hoy ha sido unos de eso días en los que te encuentras totalmente desanimado, triste ☹️ y piensas que el mundo y el universo conspira contra ti 😬. Por eso me tomé un tiempo para hablar un poco sobre el tema.

Muchos especialistas han explicando que el enojo es una emoción involuntaria del cuerpo humano, que al ser un estado emocional varía en intensidad, desde una leve furia hasta una ira intensa. Por si o por no, cuando estamos enojados no lo podemos controlar y tenemos muchas veces que recurrir a otras tareas para olvidar, darnos un poco de tiempo o simplemente gritar para soltar todo esa mala vibra.
Todo eso está muy bien, piensa siempre que cuando tenga algún problema no debe desquitarse con alguien, menos aún maltratar a otra persona que puede que haya tenido que ver o no con tu estado emocional, porque eso solo empeorará las cosas.

Angerness is not good for us and I think it can't bring any positive thing for us. It's good for everyone to control our angerness and we should try to remain clam whenever we feel angry because I think that time we can't control our emotions easily.
you are absolutely right, it is better to shut up and wait for that bad moment to pass to avoid harming someone or even ourselves
Yes, when we become angry we don't think twice saying any bad word for others also. And I have seen it many times that we hurt others through words in such kind of time. So it's better to shut our mouth for that time.
Dear @diane0401 💓 Sometimes anger makes us do or say things that we don't really want to, hence the importance of controlling ourselves to avoid causing harm with our actions. The tips you shared can be very useful.
We see appropriate to make a recommendation regarding the use of sources, the last image goes to google and it is better when they contain the link to the specific page from which they were taken. In hive it is always preferable to use free use images, as suggested in some posts about correct use of fonts. In this post we recommend some pages with free images that we can use.
