Homeschooling: Teaching my younger ones how to make a good dress

So I wanted to wear a new dress on Sunday, since I can sew and I have a sewing machine, I did justice to it.
And I wanted to use that apportunity to show my younger ones how to sew and I'm glad they picked very fast.

steps in sewing

  1. you take measurements

  2. Cutting the fabrics using the measurements and with the linings.

  3. Then you sew it and iron.

So after telling them the steps, we also did the sewing step by step and I also ask them to do the practical part of it, and I was surprised at what I saw, because they graped it very fast.
