Hello, friends especially foodies!

There is a famous brand of Indonesian fried chicken that i always choose when i want to get the best fried chicken, the brand name is Ayam Goreng Suharti. So recently when i slept over at mommy's house, we went to one of its' outlet to have our late lunch.

Ayam Goreng Suharti where we went was located in Pesanggrahan street, Puri Indah area. The car park was quite large but it was full, now you know that this place is popular.

Near their door, there were two statues of gupolo. Gupolo is the guardian in Javanese tradition. No wonder because this brand of fried chicken came from Yogyakarta, a special area in Central Java.

Inside, as a famous Indonesian fried chicken restaurant brand, this restaurant had a lot of customers. And although their dining area was quite large and by time we arrived it was 2 pm something, late for lunch but still this restaurant had many customers and their dining area was full.

The dining area had a wooden ceiling, modest ceramic floor (even some had unsame color), but who cares when they could serve you the best chicken in town? And after waiting for a couple of minutes, luckily we got a table.

In their menu, for the food, they had whole fried chicken or half fried chicken, liver gizard, fried crispy of the chicken, fried gourame, chicken soto, mixed (rames) rice, gudeg rice, pecel rice, gado-gado, karedok, egg gudeg, chicken egg gudeg, pecel, sour vegetable soup, lodeh, krecek fried chili paste, gudeg in kendil (small clay jar), fried stinky beans, lalapan, bacem tofu and tempeh, fried intestines, fried belinjo chips, chili paste, roasted chicken, and some other menus.

For the drinks, they had tea, orange, lime, coffee, sweet ginger, marquisa, some traditional drinks, mixed ice, cheer soda and also kind of fruit juice.

Enough with the menu, now i would let you know about their super tasty food.

First the one and only crispy Indonesian fried chicken.

Rich in spices, this fried chicken had fried crispy things called kremesan on its' top. It had super tasty savory flavour with tender chicken meat that also had tasty savory flavour. I had the thigh with neck and the head. I really loved it. I had it with their chili paste which brought spicy sweet flavour. Hmmh yummy!

Next, their Lodeh

Lodeh is one of our traditional soup which made of coconut milk and many other spices and ingredients. It had young jackfruit, long bean, eggplant, belinjo leaves, tempeh, chili slices and even stinky beans. It had sweet savory flavour, so tasty and i also loved it!

And we also had stirred water spinach that day.

The water spinach was great, not young nor old, stirred with sliced chili and quail egg, it had savory and a bit spicy flavour. It was also tasty.

So i recommend you to try any menus from this restaurant cause i am sure they would be tasty as what we experienced. Bon appetite!
