Hello, friends especially foodies!

I live in the city center, the negative thing that it was crowded, we only get a bit breeze when it was public holiday because it means most of the workers are not going to the city center to work. In one morning of the public holiday last week we went to a nearest doughnut stall to have our second breakfast. We went there by walking, actually it was only less than 10 minutes to arrive there but we walked a bit further to catch some sunlight and burned more calories.

When we arrived the doughnut stall or you could say café, it was 10.14 am. Here how the store looked from outside. It had some parking lots at its’ front.

Inside you could see they had many many doughnuts for us to choose. They had many variants of toppings like honey, chocolate, mint, mocca, strawberries, l.y.p ( I don’t know what it means(, smiley, white choco crispy, bottom cream, tiramisu, matcha, cookies and cream, kiwi tart, banana, hazelnut, peanut and others.

Mom chose one of her favorite classic sugar raised doughnut while me I paid attention to their menu on the top. Good that they still had sandwich which you could choose the bread between boston and croissant. They also had croissant and flat bread too.

Now time to pay, near their cashier they put some package menus, usually a combination of hot or iced beverage and a dish. They also sold many kind of beverages there, from tea, frozen drinks, fruity, kind of coffees, chocolates and also latte.

You could see why I called this place café, it was because they had kind of coffees to sell too.

I bought a package of the iced orange juice with croissant smoked beef (they wouldn’t put any veggies now and it had happened since the pandemic, oh my, at least they still sold this menu), and also a classic doughnut of mom. For these 3 items we paid 58,740 IDR or around 4 USD.

Mom could have her doughnut right away while for my smoked beef and cheese croissant they needed some preparation time, by the way they had a quite large of dining area with a washing hand station, and separated area between smoking room (right behind mom) and also non smoking room (around us).

Their dining area was quite large and cozy.

When mom finished her doughnut, my croissant came….

Mom really loved their sugar doughnut. It had sweet flavour from the powdered sugar with soft smooth texture.

The orange juice we got also tasted fresh with sweet sour flavour and served chilled with some ice cubes.

I had a tasty smoked beef & cheese croissant too there. The smoked beef was tasty in savory with sliced cheese. The croissant they had was one of the best, crunchy and soft. They also put the mayonnaise and tomato ketchup dressing there so I got some other sweet sour flavour. So tasty!
