Guess what's the best menu from the Harley Davidson theme cafe?
Hello, friends especially foodies!
Recently when we went to Puncak area, as a vacation, fresh mountain air to enjoy... we found a unique theme cafe, and it located next to the boutique hotel, which had the same name with the cafe.
Sturgis 69 caffe was the name of the cafe.
With the orange color authentically harley davidson's logo. You could see they had some tables outside the area, to enjoy fresh air with drinks or even meals.
Well, Sturgis inspired from the name of a town in South Dakota, USA.
When you first came to the cafe, near their entry glassdoor you would find the harley davidson motor cycles logo and also a gas station for harley davidson motor cycle on its' left. And it also had orange color...
Inside, you could find a harley davidson motorcycle parked in the cafe and also a gas station next to it. Funny thing that there were two kittens sleeping on it. They looked were having a nice dream, sleep on the Harley.
LOL!
Next to our table there was a showing cupboard showed the miniature of vehicles, especially motorcycles and mostly Harley Davidson. This made the cafe unique... even they had the miniature of becak, our traditional vehicle.
There in the cafe they had striploin steak, rib eye steak, chicken steak, and grilled salmon.
They also had omelette fried rice, chicken satay, black pepper chicken rice, american breakfast, omelette, fish and chips, and chicken schnitzel.
For the pasta, they had chicken or salmon spaghetti and fettucine in aglio olio and carbonara sauce. Unfortunately they don't have them in my favorite bolognaise sauce. And they also still had snacks like fried breadfruit, fried cassava, potato wedges, cheese potato wedges, chicken wings, french fries and cheesy french fries.
And also they had pancake in original or with ice cream, fried banana, cheese fried banana, thailand cassava, cheese fried cassava, poffertjes in original or with ice cream. And they also still had roasted banana.
They also sold ice cream in 5 variants plus pattiserries in one price 35K IDR for butter croissant, almond croissant, chocolate croissant, cheese croissant, apple puff, cheese danish, raisin danish, and chocolate danish.
There they also had variants of milkshake.
Anyway here were me and my family, four of us coming to the cafe to have dinner. Look at the showing case of the vehicles miniatures behind us!
That evening, for the drink, i had hot lemon tea as the weater there was cold.
The lemon tea was fresh with lemon sour flavour, sweet from the sugar and the taste of the tea. Fresh and relaxing!
That night we were not too hungry so we ordered three kind of dishes to share.
First that came was their CHICKEN BLACKPEPPER with rice.
It had soft tender chicken meat with spicy flavour from the pepper, sweet and savory flavour too. So it was a perfect choice when you want to have a tasty dish with lots of flavour and you have to notice that it was tasty!
Second that came was their CHICKEN SATAYS that also came with rice.
Like usually it came along with the peanut paste and a bit sweet soy sauce. OMG eventhough looked so good, the satays were hard and difficult to bite because they were too dry. I didn't know how they processed it but it was totally a messed up. And the peanut paste was too watery and thin, it usually thick and tasty but it wasn't so. It was a big no for this menu, so you shouldn't try their satay...
The last came was their FISH & CHIPS.
The deep fried dory fish they served were totally delicious. It had crispy breadcrumb skin but it was also soft. It had perfect soft dory meat inside with well done level of cooking. It also had perfect savory flavour. Plus it came along with tartar sauce which brought the sweet sour flavour to the dory.
And don't forget that it also came along with tasty french fries ever. The texture were crunchy but not hard and it also soft inside. So this menu was the best they had, i never found any fish and chips like this before. Well done!
Now i am sure now you know which menu in this cafe i said the best!
