As you know I am an Industrial Engineer and I am very passionate about my career and studies, and I am constantly attending conferences, fairs, courses and workshops that have to do with my field of knowledge. That's why on Saturday I attended very early to the course mentioned above, starting my day choosing the outfit I was going to wear, something that I always take care to always look professional.
The day was quite gray, with a light rain and quite cloudy, so my plans to arrive by motorcycle were frustrated and I also had to wrap up warm to go out because it was getting cold.
So I asked for a cab to take me to my destination, and on the way I was a little nervous and thinking if I was going to be successful in the activity that day.

I took the elevator to the 12th floor, and once down I see a long and lonely hallway (like a horror movie), I paused at one of the windows to take a picture with my cell phone of the view from that floor.
Once inside, I see everything very protocol and I quietly settle in an available place, as usual I connect my laptop to the power source and proceed to turn it on, while waiting for it to turn on I see a black screen with a message in white letters and I said:
MY GOD, ¿WHY ME?
Of all the days that this could happen to me, it had to be the day I had a course and the use of the laptop is indispensable and limiting. I tried a lot of times to restart it and I even asked the professor for help, but nothing, it kept throwing the black screen. When I gave up and didn't want to insist anymore, the laptop magically gave me a normal login screen.
AMAZING!!!
I thanked the universe for allowing me to see my course with peace and tranquility, and to be able to open the so important database to run the Power BI program.
They gave us a mid-morning break and opted to offer cookies, sodas and coffee, we all grabbed something and got ready to eat.
This only took 5 minutes and we went back to action to continue with the execution of the canvas in the program.
When it was lunch time, they took us up to a dining room that was on a terrace and there were our food trays, so we ate it all and went back down to put our knowledge into action.
In the end, this was my dashboard in the program and I am very proud of everything I learned and put into action that day.

Como ya saben soy Ingeniero Industrial y soy una gran apasionada por mi carrera y los estudios, y constantemente estoy asistiendo a conferencias, ferias, cursos y talleres que tengan que ver con mi rama de conocimiento. Es por esto que el día sábado asistí bien temprano al curso anteriormente mencionado, comenzando mi día escogiendo el atuendo que me iba a poner, cosa que siempre cuido mucho para siempre verme profesional.
El día estaba bastante gris, con una leve lluvia y bastante nublado, por lo que mis planes de llegar en moto se frustraron y tuve que además abrigarme para salir porque estaba haciendo frío. Así que me pedí un taxi para que me llevara a mi destino, y durante el camino iba algo nerviosa y pensando en si iba a ser exitosa en la actividad de ese día.
Para los conocedores de Barquisimeto, Estado Lara, el curso se realizó en una torre hermosa llamada “Torre Bel”, que a mi parecer es un atractivo de la ciudad porque le brinda modernismo, tanto por dentro como por fuera.
Subí al ascensor al piso 12, y una vez que bajo veo un pasillo bastante largo y solo (como de película de terror), me di una pausa en una de las ventanas para poder fotografiar con mi celular la vista desde ese piso.
Una vez dentro, veo todo muy protocolar y en tranquilamente me acomodo en un lugar disponible, como de costumbre conecto mi laptop a la fuente de energía y procedo a encenderla, ¿mientras espero a que se prenda me aparece una pantalla negra con un mensaje en letras blancas y dije:
DIOS MIO PORQUE A MI?
De todos los días en que podía sucederme eso tenia que ser justo el día que tenia un curso y el uso de la laptop es indispensable y limitativo. Intenté un montón de veces reiniciarla y hasta le pedí ayuda al profesor, pero nada, seguí arrojando la pantalla negra. Cuando bajé los brazos y no quería insistir más por arte de magia la laptop me dio pantalla normal de inicio de sesión.

Di muchas gracias al universo por permitirme ver con paz y tranquilidad mi curso, y poder abrir la tan importante base de datos para la ejecución del programa Power BI.
Nos dieron un receso de media mañana y optaron por ofrecer galletas, gaseosas y café, todos cogimos algo y nos dispusimos a comer.
Esto solo demoró 5min y volvimos a la acción para seguir con la ejecución del lienzo en el programa.
Cuando ya se hizo la hora de almuerzo, nos subieron a un comedor que quedaba en una terraza y allí estaban nuestras bandejas de comida, así que lo comimos todo y bajamos de nuevo a poner en marcha nuestros conocimientos.
Al final, así quedó mi dashboard en el programa y estoy muy orgullosa de todo lo que aprendí y puse en marcha ese día.
