Flection On Unbelievable and Shocked Things That Happened To My Life Today

Good evening all, I believe you guys had a great day as for me I give thanks to the creator of heaven and Earth. Some times I wonder how we are going to end this life we are living, everyone is after what he will get not mining the outcomes.

What happened to day

I'm privileged to be a teacher and I took my children for competition which happened my school came first and the management promise to appreciate me with some amount and they still said I should coach her more because they will competing with other school out there in the state level and at the end they will appreciate me with some amount again promise number two which I agree.

This thing I'm saying is up to 2 weeks and nobody saying anything about it, there's a saying that says if Muhammad will not go to mountain, mountain will follow Muhammad, which I met the management concerning the agreement ,and one of them said he has not forgotten that he wants to give me the money personally which he promised today which he came to school.

How everything goes.

To my greatest surprise they are giving me 1,000 naira after spending one week 3 days coaching the student which I will go to school from 7:00 to 4:00 all I get in return is 1,000 naira, who does that.

How can we change this world, when change has not start with us, hmmm, you never know who you are until you occupied a small position and if you are sincere in handling those resources that are in your care, that is when you will know the real you .

My next step

I think quitting is my final decision because I can't be working and someone is there enjoying my sweat.
Nothing is funny for me this evening.

This is wickedness sincerely. This is what is commonly called in African adage that "baboon dey work monkey dey chop".

I don't know why people are selfish. After all that sacrifices made to improve the lives of the students, the management can't even be grateful and committed to their promise?

Well, I would advise don't quit my dear. Just give them another chance perhaps greater things awaits you. It might be trial for your next promotion may be not necessarily with them but different organisation.

I felt for you but don't worry.

This is a common issue in the education system and it's really disappointing. I hope your school management realizes the value of their teachers and makes things right.
