[ING-ESP]Strawberry with cream 🍓 //Fresa con crema 🍓

Hello friends, I hope you had a happy weekend with your family, I had a great time and to enjoy it better I prepared a delicious dessert to share at home.

Stay so you can see the preparation is very simple.

Hola amigos espero hayan pasado un feliz fin de semanancon sus familiares, yo lanpase muy bien y para disfrutarlo mejor prepare un rico postre para compartir en casa.

Quedate para que veas la preparacion es muy sencilla.

Ingredients:

• 1 liter of whipped cream
  *2 tbsp powdered milk
  *3 tbsp of sugar
  *fresh strawberries
  *cream essence
  *Strawberry syrup

Ingredientes:

• 1 litro de chantilly
  *2cda de leche en polvo
  *3cda de azucar
  *fresas frescas
  *esencia de nata
  *sirope de fresa

Preparation:
The first thing we do is take ice in a bowl and chop it into small pieces.

Lo primero que hacemos es tomar en una tasa onda hielo y picarlo en padacitos.

Then we add quite a bit of water to our ice.

Luego le agregamos bastante agua a nuestro hielo.

On top of that ice water we place an aluminum pot. We leave it there for 5 minutes until the pot cools down.

Encima de esa agua de hielo colocamos una olla de aluminio. La dejamos alli por 5 minutos hasta que la olla se enfrie.

We added our chantilly and let it rest in the pots for 5 more minutes so that it cools down very well and raises our mixture.

Agregamos nuestra chantilly y la dejamos reposar en la ollas 5 minutos mas para que se enfrie muy bien y levante nuestra mezcla.

We put the mixer on low speed until it starts to start.

Le metemos la batidora a velocidad baja hasta que esta comience a empezar.

As it becomes creamy, we increase the speed.

A medida que se vaya colocando cremosa vamos subiendo la velocidad.

When it is at the creamy point we add our sugar

Cuando este en el punto cremoso agregamos nuestra azucar

We continue beating until integrated and add the milk.

Seguimos batiendo hasta integrar y agregamos la leche.

When the dry ingredients are well integrated, we add the essence to taste.

Cuando los ingredientes secos esten bien integrados agregamos la esencia al gusto.

Batimos por unos 3 min mas a velocidad alta hasta que la mezcla tome consistencia , no batir demasiado porque se corta.

Then what we have left is to pack, we take some number 7 glasses and place one next to the other to work faster.

Ya luego lo que nos queda es envasar, tomamos unos vasos numero 7 colocamos uno al lado de otro para ir trabajando mas rapido.

We take a knife and we are chopping our fresh strawberries and we are placing it in our glass.

Tomamos un cuchillo y vamos picando nuestras fresas frescas y la vamos colocando en nuestro vaso.

We put a little syrup on it.

Le colocamos un poco de sirope.

Then in a pastry sleeve we are going to place our chantilly mixture and now we place a layer of cream.

Luego en una manga repostera vamos a colocar nuestra mezcla de chantilly y colocamos ahora una capa de crema.

Then another layer of chopped strawberries.

Luego otra capa de fresas en trozos.

More syrup.

Mas sirope.

The last layer of thicker cream.

La ultima capa de crema mas gruesa.

We take a strawberry in half and place it as an ornament and as an extra decoration we can add syrup on top.

Tomamos una fresa por la mitad y se la colocamos como adorno y como decoracion extra podemos agregar sirope por encima.
