Good Morning 🌅

Normally, I don't scale them. I'm on this App and it prompts us to think about the day and what we liked. Apart from that, I found myself on the Koko Discord Server where we are prompted to write three things we are grateful for. So I just write based on what I’m feeling grateful for in that moment as it comes during Mid-day maybe because of my Time zone.

The other one called the Gratitude App, makes you write more lengthy though. And you can turn on the notifications to be reminded. It also has a 30 Days Gratitude Challenge. It’s helped me a lot… and you can close your eyes and think deep about what you are grateful for unlike the other one that I just think on the spot.

It has a Daily Zen and Affirmation feature. And you get to take your gratitude list in more detail unlike Koko.

I use both. Koko for during the day and in between work so I am still reminded of things that are better, and then the App for when I’m alone and free to think deeper.

That is awesome, and those are some great tools. Thank you so much for the wonderful reply. I will definitely check them out. I believe in the power of gratitude and kindness. I like that you mentioned the 30-day gratitude challenge.

I have created some 14-day and 30-day kindness challenges in the past myself. Kindness and gratitude go together like peanut butter and jelly, as they say in the States. I am originally from England but have lived in the States for 27 years now.

It took a minute for that saying to grow on me, and I thought the combination sounded strange at first, but it makes sense. I really enjoy a peanut butter and jelly (jam) sandwich now and then, LOL. Anyway, thank you so much for the wonderful information. I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
