Halfway to my end of year Leo power goals with consistent #LPUD!

When I wrote this post 2 days ago, I was contemplating on whether I’d have to borrow some Hive from my main account to enable me reach my 300 LEO power up monthly goal. Well, it turns out I won’t have to borrow. Not Hive anyways. The payout I mentioned was pending and would help me purchase some more leo hit my wallet yesterday and I traded into Hive today to grab some Leo. I was able to get about 20 Hive which gave me somewhere near 200 LEO thanks to the small leo dip. I eventually had to transfer a small amount of LEO sitting in my main account though to top my alt to the 300Leo mark.

I’m really loving how my LP is growing and I can’t wait to get it to the 2.5k mark I set as my goal for the year. Funny thing is that my LP is constantly racing against my HP. I thought that because Leo is cheaper relative to Hive enabling me to get so much of it to power up, my LP should’ve been wayyyy ahead of my HP. But every time my LP almost catches up with my HP, author rewards on my main account bridge the gap. Maybe it’s because I write more on my main account.

Okay enough side-tracking. Like I’m said in my previous post, I’m really hyped about finally hitting a 1kLP mark for my alt’s own LP. What I’m excited about is not just having 1kLP, but having my own 1kLP. “own” here excludes delegations received even from my own main account.

Before I powered up today, my LP was sitting at 910LP and with my 300Leo power up, I have 1210LP own LP on my alt and that is freaking awesome. Throwing in my own 300LP delegation gives my alt a leo vote worth equivalent to a 1.5KLp holder.

Now the major year goal is up next – 2.5k LP. If I’m being honest, I didn’t think it would be possible to get to 1kLP so soon or that my alt would grow this fast when I created it. But things go well enough, I should be at almost twice my yearly goal. Because even where I am right now, if I stick to powering up 300LEO monthly, from now to December only grosses around 2.4k in addition to the 1k I already have. Lol this is going to be an exciting year.
