La torta favorita últimamente 🎂🍓😍 [ESP-ENG]

Feliz tarde amigos de Hive Food está noche quiero compartir con ustedes un delicioso pedido que tuve el día de hoy. Tengo un señor que sus pedidos siempre son torta de vainilla, con merengue y fresas. En esta ocasión me pidió que estuviera rellena con arequipe, es un cliente muy lindo es un señor mayor como de 85 años y a pesar de tener mi número el prefiere venir a mi casa para darme bien las especificaciones de como quiere la torta. Entonces anoche realice la torta de vainilla y le coloque un poco de ralladura de naranja para que quedara mucho más sabrosa. Hoy en la mañana corte la torta por la mitad para rellenarla con el arequipe.

Luego de rellenar la torta prepare un tazón de merengue italiano y también lave muy bien las fresas y las seque. El merengue lo coloque en una manga pastelera y comencé a decorar la torta, la verdad que es un modelo bastante sencillo. Luego de colocar el merengue procedo a colocar las fresas que corte por la mitad, está luego de colocarlas les coloco un poco de gel abrillantador para que las fresas no se resequen. Coloque el Topper, una vela y la sticker de mi emprendimiento. Una vez la torta estuvo lista la pese y como pueden ver es una torta de casi 3.500gr.Cual es tu torta favorita?
