[EN/UA] Пташині гніздування / Bird nests

Всім доброго часу, читачі. Моя теща вже декілька років офіційно на пенсії, але попри все має невеликий підробіток. Бо на пенсію зараз жити не особливо розгорнутися можна, та і якщо є сили, бажання, чому б і не працювати. Вона у мене невгамовна.

Коротше раз у тиждень теща моя прибирає у багатоповерховому будинку. Одягає маску на обличчя, бере віник та з шістнадцятого по перший поверх прибирає. Люди є різні, одні охайні, після себе прибирають пляшки, сміття. А іноді бувають навіть такі, що після нового року витягли ялинку з квартири у під'їзд і все. Чекають. Чого вони чекають, незрозуміло, може чекають коли на тій ялинкі квіти розпустяться...

Але, з часом мешканці дому побачили, що у них у під'їзді прибирає жіночка (моя теща), та стали охайніше себе поводити. Вже такого свинарника не роблять на загальних приміщеннях.

А цього року теща мені показала, що на шістнадцятому поверсі з'явилися нові мешканці, голуби. Вони живуть на даху, теща їх підгодовує, то крупи якоїсь насипе, то хліба дасть. І от на цьому тижні прийшов час прибирати під'їзд. Теща запаслася смаколиками для голубів, сіла в ліфт, виїхала на останній поверх, а там!

Декілька голубок почали гніздування. Бита скорлупа, мабуть вже і пташенятка є. Теща прибрала рештки скорлупи, проте пташенят не було. А може з ними щось сталося? Коти не могли їм нашкодити, бо звідки взятись котам на шістнадцятому поверсі?

А у іншому гніздечку ще є яєчко, ось-ось народиться пташеня. Теща охайно підстелила під гніздо коробку з картону, а раптом так буде тепліше голубкі висижувать свого пташеня. Оце такі новини у нас сьогодні, життя триває, навіть птахи гніздяться там де й не очікували це побачити.

And sometimes there are even those who after the New Year took the Christmas tree out of the apartment into the entrance and that's it. They are waiting What they are waiting for is unclear, maybe they are waiting for 3 cars to bloom on that Christmas tree...

But, over time, the residents of the house saw that a woman (my mother-in-law) was cleaning their entrance, and they began to behave more neatly. Such a pigsty is no longer made in common areas.

And this year, my mother-in-law showed me that new residents, pigeons, appeared on the sixteenth floor. They live on the roof, the mother-in-law feeds them, sometimes she pours some kind of cereal, sometimes she gives them bread. And this week it's time to clean the entrance. The mother-in-law stocked up on goodies for the pigeons, got into the elevator, went to the top floor, and there!

Several doves have started nesting. A broken shell, probably there is already a chick. The mother-in-law removed the remains of the shell, but there were no chicks. Maybe something happened to them? The cats couldn't hurt them, because where did 3otkm come from on the sixteenth floor?

And in the other nest there is still an egg, a chick is about to be born. The mother-in-law neatly placed a cardboard box under the nest, and suddenly it will be warmer for the doves to incubate their chicks. This is the kind of news we have today, life goes on, even birds nest where they did not expect to see it.
