This is my entry for the Feathered Friends - Show Me A Photo Contest Round 92 which is hosted by @nelinoeva! The theme for this round is "Funny Birds". You can learn more about the contest and how to enter HERE!

I think we could all use a little laugh which is why I went with my photo above as my entry. But don't worry! The Dove above just happened to be preening when I snapped this photo so it didn't really lose its head. The angle only caused the Dove to appear headless. That wasn't the only headless Dove that I caught either. Here is another one that I caught that appears headless as well.

This young Starling appears to be going through an awkward looking stage. It looks to be in the stage between being a baby and a juvenile.

I laughed when I saw this Robin with a big worm in its beak. It was just sitting on the fence and looked straight at me as I was "trying" to focus my camera on it. Lol .. that is one ugly looking worm!

I think this little House Finch is cute and funny! She has a big seed in her beak and it almost looks like an extension of her beak. My, my, such a big seed for a small little bird!

Hope you had a laugh at some of my photos here or at least they made you smile. I think there is a fine line between cute and funny and I may have actually blurred that line in my post a little bit! 😉

Thank you very much @rem-steem!! It is funny how some birds often appear to be angry. The female Cardinals especially have that "angry birds" look about them..lol. I almost think that Robin was proud of her/his catch and stayed to show off her trophy to me. 🤔😁
