MOST EXPENSIVE THING I WANT NOW// MASTERS DEGREE
Long ago before I ever taught of going to the university, I have always had this dream of going abroad to school, this has been one of my wish ever since I was little girl. I have seen some of friends and people I don’t even know bagging a degree abroad, be it bachelor’s degree, Masters or even Doctorate degrees, and I really envy them, when ever I see pictures posted by them graduating from one school or the other over there, I always wished that I was the one.
Going abroad to school is really quite expensive but not for some people, because they have the money in abundance, but for me now I really do not have anyone to sponsor me at the moment and I can’t even afford it either.
When I got into a private university,it was quite expensive too, my dad could afford it, I heard my dad talking about sending my younger sister and I to Canada a few times, I was very happy when I heard this, finally my dream and wishes were finally going to come through, just when I entered my final year thinking that I was getting really closer to my dreams but eventually everything was cut short, I lost my dad to the cold hands of death, with nothing in his account as he got married to second wife who collected everything because he made her next of kin. I became really sad knowing that the one person that could sponsor me had gone permanently. I had to accept fate, move on gradually and live life as he would never come back again.
At the moment I know I can’t afford it and I do not have anyone whom is interested in sponsoring me but I believe there is hope, as far as I’m alive good things will definitely come my way. Never can tell what the future holds, I still have the dream of going abroad to gain my master’s degree and I know definitely this dream will come to pass one day and very soon too!
This is how i plan on working towards going abroad to study
I plan on saving every little money I can get, even if its not up to any thing yet because going abroad is worth millions and it kind of seems impossible but there is no harm in trying, and then try my best to look for a sponsor, never can tell who is ready to help. Or I do thorough research on universities that are offering scholarships to students who are ready to learn.
If I had a sponsor, here is my plan
Firstly I would perform an adequate research on every single point associated with the study abroad journey, I will search carefully on country options, school options, Masters degree program relating to the course I studied here in Nigeria and also research on apartments options. The I will also ensure to speak to reliable counseling team that gives the best advices on studying abroad.
After collecting the necessary informations then I would raise my application for enrollment, then apply for a visa to study abroad, arrange for an apartment and book my ticket to study in my desired school.

Going to school abroad is a nice one, I also feel intimidated when I hear of people studying over there.
Sorry about your dad's demise, I want you to know that everything happens for a reason. I know how loosing someone taking out responsibility feels. Thank God you are atleast done with your first degree.
For your step mom, don't bother about her mean action, God is the one that provides for men he will surely provide for you if you don't give up.
I can assure you that you are already making progress towards it, keep saving and keep working, before you know it, one day you will be there. One thing I love about taking good actions or taking bold step is that it doesn't leave us stranded, we either get it or get something close to it, it doesn't leave us at loss at the end.

We all wished for something but one way or the other, it got thwarted or that we just cannot afford it. Money is always a big problem here because I know I am among those that would do something great if money isn't the issue. In all, may God make your wish come to reality.

Sad to hear about how your dad's second wife stole his wealth. I hope you can achieve your dream of studying abroad. In my case, I don't want yet but I heard that my uncle was planning to send me to Australia once I finished my college degree. Anyway, I'm against it since I don't want to take it away from my dog but there will still have a lot of changes!

Master degree is a good dream to dream of, although very expensive but I believe you can make it work, with hardwork and continuous savings till you have a substantial amount, hopefully you can also get help from Someone to ease it all.
