Make a refreshing drink, squeezed orange ice / sweet and sour orange

Hello friends @amazingdrink. Are you all healthy and excited? Today I am so excited that I am very tired of doing my own housework. I rearranged the house, I mean changing the position of the furniture. I was bored with the old style and replaced it with a new style that I think is more interesting for a moment. You know? I often do it, it makes me very excited. Even though I know the items in there I have to take them out and put them back in after I finish moving them. Even though after that I feel tired but I never give up. Haha

After all the work is done of course I want to enjoy something fresh. A sweet drink with a little sour and of course gives a cold touch (ice cubes).

Fresh drinks are always a favorite for some people when they are tired and hot.Are you one of them?

I will make a drink from oranges. Oranges have a sweet taste, and there are also some oranges that taste sour. Very suitable to be made into drinks. Besides being fresh, oranges also contain lots of nutrients such as vitamin C, carbohydrates, fiber, protein, calcium and there are still some others that can replace your lost energy.

I also want to add basil seeds to the drink. Adding basil seeds not only makes the drink look attractive but also has many health benefits. Among them are maintaining digestive health, controlling blood sugar levels, improving the immune system and several other benefits, because it contains nutrients such as vitamins, iron and antioxidants. Not only that, basil is often used in traditional medicine. Let's see what the ingredients are and how to make it!

Ingredient Needed:

5 Oranges
1 tbsp Basil
2 tbsp Sugar

First: wash the oranges. Prepare a container and place a strainer on the container to filter the seeds. Cut 2 oranges and squeeze.

Second: heat the water then dissolve the sugar in a glass.

Third: soak the basil seeds in boiled water in a glass until they expand

Thanks for sharing, that looks a very tasty and refreshing drink. I never put sugar or basil into my orange juice until now, but it gives me ideas.

Thank you very much @ourpick . Try making it by adding sugar for a more interesting and different taste sensation of course. Adding sugar can also increase the acceptance of the taste of the drink.
