Macaroni with chopped chili sauce

Although someone has a favorite food, there are times when they will get bored if they enjoy that food every day, including me. The last few days I often make food that is mixed with sweet. And today I feel like eating spicy snacks by frying / stir-frying.

Hi my friends at hive, I am a home chef back again to share a delicious and interesting recipe for you to try. I am sure you will be addicted to the taste. I will make macaroni with minced chili sauce. There are various macaroni dishes that are created today, they make recipes and various types of food, for example pasta with savory cheese sauce, pasta with fresh tomato sauce or pasta with spicy spices that are addictive, macaroni mac n cheese and so on.

This time I made it with a simple recipe and ingredients. Before being processed, macaroni is usually boiled first to get a soft and tender texture before being seasoned with mainstay spices such as salt, flavoring, pepper and so on. How is the recipe? Ingredient needed:

  • 250 gr Macaroni
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pieces of Kaffir lime leaves (finely chopped)
  • 4 pieces of curly red chilies
  • 3 cloves of shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • To taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp granulated sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock



Preparation:

First: heat water until boiling. Add macaroni, add a little oil or 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to separate them from each other so they don't stick. Wait until half cooked. Drain.

Second: chop red chilies, shallots, garlic and lime leaves. Set aside

Third: Break the eggs into a bowl. Add as much salt as you like, I mean enough. Beat for a while and set aside

Fourth: heat oil, saute shallots and garlic until fragrant. When done, add the red chilies until slightly soft.

fifth: Add the boiled macaroni and other ingredients such as kaffir lime leaves, salt, pepper, mushroom stock and granulated sugar. Stir well. Adjust the taste according to your taste and serve on your serving plate

The chopped macaroni with chili sauce is ready to be enjoyed. This dish is very appetizing with its fragrant and fresh smell from the kaffir lime leaves making me impatient to eat it immediately. It tastes very delicious, salty, spicy, savory, really great. This snack really makes my stomach full immediately enjoying it. My child is also addicted to eating it.

You can also add the amount of red chili or others such as cayenne pepper, chili powder and also paprika if you want a spicier sensation that is more pungent and challenging in taste, but I highly recommend that if this food is served to children it is more suitable with my version of this recipe, the right spicy taste.
