Potato perkedel can be made into delicious savory snacks and also as a side dish with your rice.

Hello friends of the culinary community! Today I went to the market to buy various kitchen necessities that some of the stock has run out. Usually I shop a lot on Thursdays. Because in my area every Thursday there is a bazaar, many people sell at that time unlike usual, they sell clothes, crockery, children's toys and various fruits and vegetables. I saw a lot of potatoes there, I immediately bought them and thought about making perkedel.

Did you know? There are various main ingredients used to make perkedel such as potatoes, tofu, tempeh, corn, noodles etc. Although in general the ingredient for making perkedel is potatoes. However, over time, many people innovate by replacing the main ingredient of potatoes with other main ingredients, of course to try a different taste.

In addition, there are various ingredients that can be combined in the main menu, such as adding fish, corned beef etc. This time I want to make it very simple without any combination using only the main ingredient of potatoes. Potatoes contain important nutrients such as vitamins that are good for consumption, very suitable as a snack for children or a side dish or complement to the main meal. There are three ways to make potato cakes, the first is by frying, the second is steaming, and the third is boiling. As usual I made fried perkedel. Because I think if fried the potato tastes more savory. Let's go straight to the steps to make it!
