Hello dear community, yesterday I was doing some shopping what I needed for my diet, I bought potatoes, sweet potato, vanitas. Carrot, cabbage, cucumber, tomato, Arabic bread, ricotta cheese, paprika, onion, among other things that we needed at home, lately I have neglected a little diet, so I will resume so that the exercise is reflected.

Hola estimada comunidad, el día de ayer estuve realizando unas compras qué necesitaba para mi dieta, compre Papa, batata Vainitas. Zanahoria, repollo, pepino, tomate, pan árabe, queso ricotta, pimentón, cebolla, entre otras cositas que necesitábamos en casa, últimamente he descuidado un poco la dieta, así que voy a retomar para que el ejercicio se vea reflejado.
