I don't want to say the years are catching up to me, but when I went to write that title, instead of 2023, I started typing 19-- before stopping myself. We're only 24 years into the new century, I might be forgiven the brainfart! 😅

Anyway....

Hello all! Another week and it's time again to look at the progress I've made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I'm looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we'll get to that too. I also want to give a brief preview of some of the posts I have coming this week, at least the ones I've already written and scheduled.

Let's start with my Hive goals.

~ Hive ~

My goal is 25k Hive. This past week I made 189.143, bringing me to 16,612.173 total Hive Power. Not a great week, but not bad. That's 66.4% of my goal, anyway!

Unfortunately, I'm still falling behind more and more... 25k minus 16,612.173 gives us 8387.83 Hive needed. If I want to hit 25k by the first of next year, it will now take me 49.9 Hive everyday until then to make it. That's... probably not going to happen. Oh well. Let's see how close I can get.

~ BRO ~

I haven't started buying BRO again, but it does trickle in. Last week earned 0.165, which puts me at 458.247 total.

~ PIMP ~

I made 327.944 PIMP last week, putting me at 53,880.795. Still a far cry from the top boys on the richlist, but not a bad amount to have.

Tuesday I have my Three Tunes Tuesday post. These are when I pick out three songs I really enjoy and share some history behind them as well as why they are meaningful to me. This week will be more Japanese jazz. So if you've enjoyed my jazz introductions the past two weeks, be sure to tune into this one too.

Wednesday I have my coin post for my silver stacker buddies. Er.. banknote! Yes, I wrote about a Japanese banknote for this time. But I think it will still be of interest to you, so tune in.

The 100 yen and 10 sen I've covered before, but the 20 sen is new. New to me anyway. It's pretty gunky... but that goes with the territory. Collecters love these dragon sen coins, so I have to pick the less pristine ones unless I want to pay an arm and a leg. You can see it sports a cool dragon to match the others of the series. I'll get around to covering it.

Thursday I have a haiku post. I have a great one this time! Ok ok, I always say that. But I do have a great one! Stay tuned to find out what.

Friday I have You Should Laugh Today, where I share a few funny things that I hope will throw you into fits of laughter. Actually I haven't finished this post yet. It's still in my drafts folder. I haven't really decided on a theme yet, so I don't know what to expect here

And once again I haven't yet written the Saturday and Sunday posts. We'll see what comes.
